Beautiful bright apartment 300m from the sea, 80sqm recently renovated and part of a two family house. Composed of large double bedroom with balcony, bedroom with bunk bed, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, large bathroom with shower and tub. A few steps from the sea, the cycle path and the playground. Close to supermarket, bar, pizzeria, bank, tobacconist. It is a few meters from the bus stop, 5 minutes by car from the A14 and the train station.
Bed-bath-kitchen linen included.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, ironing board, n. 2 tv, air conditioner.
Possibility to park the car freely. Bike shed.

Ottima vacanza a Porto Sant'Elpidio.

Appartamento ben tenuto e fornito di ogni accessorio (tovaglie, asciugamani, lenzuola e stoviglie in quantità). Cucina con forno e lavastoviglie decisamente gradita. Bagno molto grande come da foto di annuncio online. Una camera ampia (unico neo mancanza di comodino e relativa lampada) e una cameretta con letto a castello un po' piccola per due figlie adulte (anche qui mancanza di comodino e lampada e porta a soffietto poco pratica). Ampio salotto vissuto con piacere per pranzare e cenare. Presenza anche di lavatrice altrettanto utile e apprezzata, peccato averla messa in soffitta non di facile accesso (sarebbe stata molto bene nell'ampio bagno). Detto ciò consiglio vivamente la struttura e ringrazio il proprietario per la disponibilità dimostrata.

Bel appartement moderne et lumineux au 1er étage

L'appartement est très propre et lumineux. Pas de problème de parking, ils sont nombreux et proches. Très beaux villages médiévaux aux alentours et bien sûr la mer à 300m. Seul bémol, la circulation dans la rue est bruyante, les fenêtres doivent rester fermées pour remédier au bruit.

Appartamento moderno e confortevole

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario: biancheria da bagno, da letto e da cucina, aspirapolvere, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e clima detersivi e saponi. Il bagno è davvero grande e la cucina nuova. Posizione strategica perché vicino a supermarket, mercato settimanale, panificio, pizzeria e ristorante e molto vicino al mare. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Vivamente consigliato.
