Spectacular Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with private 10x5m pool, barbecue, pergola Mediterranean style, several terraces to eat, enjoy and relax outdoors. It has a parking area for 3 cars.

This property has been recently renovated.

It is surrounded by a large garden with different environments.

The area where the house is located is an urbanization of about 150 villas, with tennis court service, bar / restaurant and community pools.

It is a very quiet area with beautiful surroundings, surrounded by high mountains, unspoiled nature and with spectacular views towards the sea and the whole valley.

In the village there are several bars / restaurants, and a small supermarket where in the mornings it offers fresh bread and croissants.

It is located 15 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of the Costa Blanca
Close to cities such as Denia and Javea, with great attractions to visit, impressive restaurants, several of them with Michelin stars.

30 minutes by car for excursions to Benidorm, and visit the Aqualandia water park, or Terra Mítica attractions.

The Villa is 1 hour by car from the cities of Valencia and Alicante, with motorway exit 5 minutes from the villa.

Great place to stay

We really liked the villa, especially the many terraces - one can follow the sun all day. The view is simply beautiful including amazing sunsets. The property is very well maintained with beautiful plants and a nice pool. For us it was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation & a good base to explore the Costa Blanca.

Wonderful time to relax

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment. Excellent villa on the mountain with a beautiful view. The kids loved the pool. Nearby Pool Bar serves delicious food where we had several dinners. Also the beach is not far away, just a short drive.

Perfect stay!

First of all it was a wonderful, cosy and relaxing stay in Ismaels´property! Fantastic views and a peaceful enviroment included. We spent a great time with our little family there. Everything was like shown on the pictures! The house is surrounded by beautiful olive trees! Thank you again

Beautiful villa

Lovely villa with beautiful views and a lovely well maintained pool. There is a club house just a short walk away with friendly staff. The villa is very clean with all the facilities you need. The sun beds and furniture were in pristine condition. Beds were all comfortable. Driving was so easy with no traffic to worry about. We would love to visit again.

Wonderful.Wow, lovely villa, excellent views, stunning.My wife uses a wheelchair, but can walk with some aid and found the property to be very easy to get around, hardly any steps at villa level. Loved it.I would recommend to Adult families. Small 2yr to 6yr children would need to be monitored at all times, as there are some large steps to the front and back of the property to reach the lower gardens. But all very safe and tidy. Lovely gardens all around the property.Will book again.

After leaving the property in the way requested by the owner Ismael we then received an extra charge for a cleaning fee. The claim was that we had left vomit and rubbish all over the house which is a complete lie and was not the case. when asked for evidence of this Ismael could not provide this. It was stated that it took 4 hours to clean the property but the claim was put in just 2 hours after checking out of the Villa. All the rooms in the Villa were left tidy and free of rubbish, bin bags were left by the front gate as instructed by Ismael when we arrived at the Villa.

Tolles haustierfreundliches Ferienhaus mit großem sauberen Pool. Komplett eingezäunt. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr netter Vermieter. Anreise mit PKW sehr einfach. Von einer Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer. Absolut empfehlenswert

Très belle maison avec vue panoramique sur la montagne, maison moderne bien décorée et bien équipée ce qui est très pratique. Maison très propre.Piscine agréable mais profonde a certains endroits. Le village est agréable avec des animations le soir, les gens du village sont très accueillants.Nos hôtes ont été très attentionnés: accueil parfait avec de gentilles attentions et réactifs en cas de problème. La climatisation est essentiellement dans le séjour, pour les chambres ce sont des ventilateurs : il fait lourd le soir.Il est essentiel d' avoir une voiture.En résumé: excellent séjour !
