Positif : grande terrasse, proximité de la mer, climatisation, bon Wi-Fi, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Négatif : parking dans la rue passante, portes et fenêtres en mauvais état. Trop peu de plats et plaques de four dans la cuisine.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist der große Vorteil dieser Unterkunft. Zudem kann man als Gast an dem sehr nahe gelegenen Bagno il Gabbiano einen besseren Preis erhalten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr alt und sieht entsprechend aus. Der Flur und ein Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Das Inventar ist zusammengestückelt. Die Schirmständer auf der schönen Terrasse hatten sicherlich schon bessere Zeiten und sind total schief. Für einen Aufenthalt direkt am Meer kann man ein paar Tage hier aushalten - den Preis dafür halten wir jedoch bei der alten Unterkunft für nicht angemessen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war in Form einer Whatsapp-Flut mit unzähligen, teilweise nicht passenden Nachrichten. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft so nicht weiterempfehlen.

Zu aller erst einmal, die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, es sind keine 10 m bis zur Strandpromenade, und vielleicht 50 m bis zum Meer. Besser geht das nicht.Trotz allem ist es vor allen Dingen nach hinten heraus sehr ruhig, positiv finde ich auch, dass man den Wagen hinter einem verschließbaren Tor sicher parken kann. Die Wohnung selber ist schmucklos, aber zweckmäßig, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine funktionieren. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, da finden locker zehn Personen Platz auch die Klimaanlage im Elternschlafzimmer tat hervorragend ihren Dienst und war vor allen Dingen nachts flüsterleise. Die einzigen negativen Punkte waren für mich, die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind extrem unbequem und zu klein.Die Terrassentür lässt sich nicht abschließen, was eventuell ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen könnte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist alles andere als schick, wer auf ein stilvolles Ambiente Werth liegt, sollte etwas anderes buchen.Dafür ist noch positiv zu melden, dass das Internet zuverlässig funktioniert. Funktionierte. Der nächste frei zugängliche Strand, den man nicht bezahlen muss, ist nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten ist in der Gegend abends nicht viel los, Clubs oder Discos sucht man vergeblich , sowie auch Livemusik.Der nächste sehr gut ausgestattete Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto keine 2 Minuten entfernt und auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die gesamte Gegend ist sehr schön mit altem Baumbestand.

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Wir haben mit der Familie (4 Kinder) eine schöne Woche in dem Appartement verbracht. Das Objekt ist ein altes Haus mit rustikalem Charme, guter Ausstattung, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern und einer schönen Dachterrasse. Toll ist auch due Nähe zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
