Beautiful apartment on the ground floor in the urbanization Al Andalus Residencial in Vera Playa.

Living room with Spanish television, WiFi, kitchen with fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave) 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with bath). Cold / warm air conditioning system. Terrace. Covered parking.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. Outdoor pool with a small pool for small children and babies, open from 1 June to 30 September, outside those dates there is a heated indoor pool (consult dates). Tennis/paddle court. Several apartments available.

In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Dates Villaricos festival minimum fortnight. Those of the festival for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.

Media Area Legua, Puerto Rey, Vera Playa. (Next to Mercadona)

Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
