APARTMENT WITH COMMUNICATED COMMUNITY TERRACE

Our apartment is located in one of the most idiosyncratic neighborhoods of Seville a few minutes by bus (26 and 38) or metro (La Plata) of the CENTER and direct access to the SE-30. It has shops of all kinds, food stalls, theater (Salvador Távora), restaurants and tapas bars. Our place will love you for its location, its people and atmosphere. Our accommodation is ideal for couples, adventurers and business travelers. The best thing about the apartment as such is its modern, warm loock (home type), its balcony and the use that can be made of the communal roof terrace since no one uses it, as a chill out terrace for summer evenings and meals for the rest of the year , because it is fully equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.

Petit appartement tout confort dans un quartier populaire

Très bon accueil. Appartement très propre au 3ieme étage sans ascenseur dans un quartier populaire et animé . Bus à proximité pour rejoindre le centre ville. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Lovely apartment in wonderful location with private balcony! Owner Raúl is great!

Apartment is absolutely delightful! Spacious, decorated beautifully - blue-tiled kitchen, desk area with travel materials, comfy bed in roomy bedroom, open and airy dining area already set for us to eat, family room and clean, bright bathroom! Owner Raúl was very kind, helpful and so accommodating. My husband and I were traveling by bus which is not always easy - and he helped us navigate and plan with our local contact Maria Luisa. Raúl made certain we arrived safely and all was perfect - which it was!! We loved how easy it was to get to all the sights from our neighborhood and at the end of a long day of sightseeing, we could not wait to get back to the apartment and relax with a bottle of wine on our terrace - or sit at the local heladeria! We would love to stay at Raúl's perfect spot again! Thank you, Jesslyn and Rich

Raul is a great host and the property is convenient for shops bars etc and a 30 min walk to the centre.

Falta um toque!

Achamos que falta capricho no imóvel. A área da cozinha é boa, mas faltam utensílios. Fiação aparente. A manutenção em geral precisa melhorar: luzes queimadas, louça lascada. Desgaste nos assoalhos e pintura. A escada para o terceiro não esta citada na descrição, apenas informa que não é acessível à cadeirantes. A cama é boa, os armários também. Terraço no último andar muito bom para secar as roupas. A máquina de lavar funcionou bem e foi muito bom ter onde estender as roupas. Localização fora do centro, mas com ônibus 24 horas passando bem à frente. Bom comércio de alimentos na região (take away, frutas e supermercados, soveterias. Bairro calmo. gentil guia de informações sobre o bairro, a cidade e a Andaluzia.
