The County Boutique Apartment

4 **** as voted by Visit England Luxury period style 2 bedroom apartment ideally situated within 5 minutes walk into the center of the popular historical coastal town of Whitby.
The County boutique apartment is a rather special 2 bedroom apartment looking down towards Whitby Harbour. The apartment boasts a beautifully furnished living room with period high ceilings, 2 extra large bay windows allowing the light to flood in. With a solid oak gallery kitchen with granite worktops and a dining area for 4 this makes for cosy nights in together or leisurely breakfasts watching the world go by. We have a good selection of DVD’s, books, a Bluetooth radio and a firestick smart TV for your entertainment. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size four poster bed and the second with a choice of a King size bed or twin singles. Please state when booking your preference. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and overhead shower.
The property is in a residential area of Whitby which has no parking restrictions, although parking is on a first come first serve basis we have always got parked no problem within a few yards of the property even in August. Once parked everything in Whitby is within walking distance so you do not even need your car if you so wished.
The property has a spacious feel whilst being cosy and warm for those romantic nights in.
Towels and bedding will be provided for your stay.
This property is furnished to the standard of our second home and is superbly equipped in every area.

My husband and I purchased this apartment in late 2017 to have a home from home as we spend a lot of time in the lovely coastal resort of Whitby with family, some of whom, live there now. We have personally lovingly redecorated and refurnished the property to a very high standard and want people to share this beautiful place with us. Whitby has everything we could ever want from the amazing walking in the hills, coastline and surrounding villages to some of the best food you could find anywhere. We hope you will love this place as we do and want to return time after time.

Why they chose this property

My husband spent many holidays in Whitby as a child but I only discovered it in my adult life but after years of staying with relatives or renting we felt we could not pass up on the opportunity to purchase a beautiful property in the heart of Whitby where we can park the car up and never touch it again until it is time to go home. I personally knew I could turn this property into our home from home which I feel we have achieved.

What makes this property unique

The light in this apartment with the 3 large bay windows and high ceilings is what really sold this to me. It is a wonderful base in which to explore the area come rain, shine, summer or winter, the apartment is a warm, cosy place in which we can come back home to.
