Great place for families

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool was fantastic and there was lots of space for all 10 of us. Eric was a very good host - gave us a very in-depth tour of the house despite the language barrier and had some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. A few rooms could do with being updated but it was super clean and perfect for our needs. It’s also well located, just a short walk from St George’s Square and only 5 minute drive from the beach. There were a couple issues but they didn’t impact our stay too much. It’s apparently common in France to take your own towels and bedding, which we weren’t made aware of so make sure you take these with you. It’s also common to bring a cheque for a deposit, which again, we weren’t aware of (I think this was due to the way VRBO is set up rather than miscommunication) but Eric was very understanding. We’d definitely stay again.

Séjour en famille (grands parents, frères et leurs femmes et enfants). Nous étions 12 et la villa est suffisamment grande et bien proportionnée pour y séjourner tous ensemble. Nous avons bien profiter de la piscine couverte (ou découverte) mais surtout du jacuzzi.

Très belle maison, nous étions 12 et vraiment à l'aise (même si un wc séparé supplémentaire au rez de chaussée aurait été le bienvenu).Elle est conforme aux photos, la déco est originale dans toutes les pièces, la piscine très bien entretenue, ainsi que le jacuzzi. Le salon est également spacieux et la terrasse permet de profiter des belles soirées d'été.Chaque chambre a sa salle de bains, très pratique!Elle est bien située, dans un secteur calme.

7 ans que nous nous retrouvons, enfants, conjoints et petits enfants pour la semaine de l’ascension … La maison est très adaptée aux petits (piscine fermée volet de protection) mais elle permet aussi de s’ouvrir si le temps le permet. Magnifique maison pour grande famille

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette vaste maison. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour tous les membres de la famille : les enfants à la piscine, les ados devant la télé, les séniors au spa et les adultes à l'apéro en terrasse. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée.

Très belle maison. Même si la météo était parfois moyenne, les enfants ne se sont pas ennuyés avec la piscine bien chauffée. Grande maison avec des pièces spacieuses. Grande salle à manger/salon et belle terrasse extérieure avec une grande table et un store électrique pour nous abriter du soleil. Cuisine très bien équipée. Avons passé un très bon séjour. Vacances actives de jeunes retraités dans une maison très agréable et bien équipée

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire Eric et nous avons aussi profité de ses conseils avisés pour les visites et achats. Nous avons donc visité le Nord de l’Île d'Oléron à vélo via les pistes cyclables et avons profité de tous les équipements de la maison, jardin pour les boules /molky, piscine, spa, terrasses extérieures et plancha pour les repas et soirées.

Mooie woning en alles voorhanden.

We hebben een mooie 14-dagen gehad in een gerieflijk huis. Locatie super, fijn zwembad, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar, Van de 6 slaapkamers zijn er slechts 2 met eigen WC en 1 WC op de overloop. Wel allemaal eigen douche. Ook 1 WC aan het zwembad. De kussens op de loungeset buiten zijn aan vervanging toe. Op dit schiereiland zijn veel bezienswaardigheden en lekker eten in de restaurantjes. Genoten !!!
