We had a great time in Puerto Rico, the house was clean, there were air conditioning units in every room. We enjoyed the pool every night after touring different parts of PR. My friends and I had a great time and we would stay here again.

The house was wonderful. Exactly what was expected. Pool was nice and enjoyed the fitness center also. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen with a fairly new propane grill made eating at the house enjoyable for a few nights. Communication with the property manager Edgardo was easy and he was very responsive to any question that we had. It is in a nice gated community with plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery store all in walking distance since we had no vehicle. Ride share was easily available from this location at all times with only a few minute wait. We would stay at this property again.

The property is amazing very clean. The house is very responsive two minutes walking distance to the ocean. We were extremely satisfied. The bonus was the workout room, which was amazing with a full bathroom. There was nine of us and we were all extremely satisfied

Great location and spacious home for our extended family. We found access to the ocean at the street end that provided lovely morning and evening swims. Host was responsive to our needs. Pool was lovely. We even enjoyed the visits from a local iguana.

We had a great week at this property! Lots of room for everyone in our party. The pool was very relaxing. The house is located within a walking distance of Isla Verde beach and many restaurants. The property manager provides a welcome packet at check-in with all instructions / information needed. We had a couple of minor issues and communication was easy. I only wish we had the packet sooner as it was full of great information!! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very nice stay

It was a great stay in a very nice, secure location. The house was clean, large and perfect for our family of 7.Edgar was great for recommendations for a private boat tour of the islands, and amazing restaurants were walkable distance. Pool and outside area were very nice.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family stay. I am pregnant and our 2-year-old was with us and it was a great fit for what a family needs on vacation. Spacious and with great amenities! we thoroughly enjoyed the pool (daily!) and loved being able to walk to the beach. Also really great coffee and food options very close by.

A private oasis in the center of it all!
