"El Cortijillo"-Pure nature near the sea. Cabo de Gata Natural Park.

Andalusian country house in the heart of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. 4km from San José, seaside village with shops, restaurants and famous virgin beaches: Genoveses, Mónsul ...
In the lower part of the house there is a semi-detached studio apartment for couples with independent spaces and privacy for all guests except the parking area.

Disconnection, sunbathing and starry nights.

"El Cortijillo" is a bright Mediterranean-style country house in a protected environment where there is no building, nor electricity. It works with solar panels, so the AC and heat pump only can be used during daylight.
There are also fans and a fireplace.
Nature, simplicity and tranquility near the sea (5 'by car).
4km from San José, a coastal town with shops and restaurants, virgin beaches, volcanic coves, diving, hiking, kayaking ... There are 50km of wild coastline, away from the crowds, with a lucky warm and sunny climate all year round.

Other highlights
-There is an attached studio with whose guests the parking area is shared.

-The last access section is a dirt road (300m) suitable for all normal cars.
A car is necessary to get to the "Cortijillo" and access the nearby beaches and towns of the Natural Park because there is no public transport in this area. The closest town is 1km away and the closest beach 4km.
But everything is very close to a few minutes by car: San José, the most famous virgin beaches (Genoveses, Mónsul ...) and secret coves and paths for lovers of nature in its purest form.

"La Fuentecilla" is a preserved area within the Natural Park, a dozen country houses with neighbors from all over the world who love the tranquility and the "wild" spirit of this unspoiled area.
Very close to the coast, 4km, between the town of San José and the wild beach of Los Escullos.
Fine sand beaches and volcanic coves with crystal clear waters.
Very close to the most charming towns in the Natural Park: La Isleta, Rodalquilar, Las Negras ... 2 hours driving from Granada, Malaga and Murcia cities. Just 30km from Almería city and its international airport.

Wonderful house in a quiet environment

The house was as wonderful as in the description. Sara and Jakobo have been very helpful with questions and answered immediately. We also got good informations about near restaurants and beaches, which was helpful, too.The equipement of the kitchen was helpful, also different kinds of espresso machines also a french press. You need a car (not a sportive one) to reach the house with private parking place. There are a lot of natural beaches who can be reached with car. We would anytime chose this house again by our next trip to Andalus.

Das Haus ist wunderbar, wir haben den Aufenthalt alle sehr genossen. Es gibt wirklich selten so ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus - es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Der Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer ist vom Frühstückstisch aus zu sehen.Die Zufahrt ist herausfordernd, besonders mit dem Fahrrad.

Estancia en el Cortijillo

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa es preciosa, cómoda y espaciosa, con varias zonas comunes para comer y estar. La ubicación me parece estupenda, aislada del núcleo de población pero muy accesible y cerca de San José y las playas.

Tranquilidad

Estuvimos a final de junio. El contacto con los propietarios fue muy sencillo y ágil. Contestaron inmediatamente sobre la disponibilidad de la casa (muy de agradecer) y dieron muchas indicaciones para llegar, que no es dificil. La casa está reformada recientemente. Todo está nuevo, bonito y limpio. Eché de menos un tostador y microondas, pero ya quedaba claro en el anuncio que no había. Merecería la pena una placa más. La localización es muy tranquila, fresca y silenciosa, al menos en nuestra época. En el anuncio en español debería quedar claro que la otra casa en la misma finca está pared con pared. Si bien,nosotros tuvimos suerte con los otros inquilinos y prácticamente no se notó su presencia.
