Great view

Quiet area and nice flat, but a few things were needed to be repaired.The main window door didn't open as it had a notice saying do not open. This was badly needed for a breeze from the sea in sweltering heat. The owner only told us 3 days before that there may be leaks from 4 places from ceilings. Bad water stains and swollen plaster which had turned brown indicating the water ingress had been apparent for many months. Because of the inherent danger, the main lighting to the main bedroom and all the lounge was disconnected and we had to rely on table lamps. We all feel that there should be some recompense.
