About this property

In the heart of San Marco District

St. Mark's Basilica - around 350 yards walking from the apartment. San Marco is a great choice for travelers interested in museums, history and romance. It is also very close to the first shopping area of Venice. And the vaparetto stop (water buses) is only two blocks away!

Is has a beautiful unobstructed canal from both bedrooms (and both bathrooms!) which is a big plus to soak in the Venetian atmosphere.
Apartment is on 4th floor and building has a lift ... a rarity for Venice!

The apartment has undergone a full refurbishment recently with all furniture and fittings brand new. It has only recently been available.

It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It includes bidets. The kitchen is available to take care of dishes while you explore the city!). A 55-inch UHD LED TV.

There are no bridges between the water bus stop and you can not miss your luggages over the many bridges in Venice, a typical challenge for travelers to the romantic city!

All the modern requirements are met Wifi and USB charging facility. Beyond the dishwasher, the apartment includes the main electrical appliance, you will need the automated washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge / freezer and hair dryer. The apartment has remote controlled Air-conditioned / Central heating. Coffee & tea making equipment and facilities are provided.

Tourist tax is a part 4 € / night / guest for a maximum of 5 night - 10 to 16 years old id 2,00 € / night.
Late arrival fee after 21. 21-22 = 25; 22-23 = 35; 23-24 = € 40. Ask for arrival after 24.

Nice apartment, feels freshly renovated, clean and cozy, elevator is a great plus. Location is perfect. It was November so a little cold, took some hours to get it feeling warmer, canal noise in the morning but you can't really avoid that. Great host Irene, very available and helpful.

Great location! Nice place! One thing to know is that there is a check-in form to fill out on line for vacation rentals that requires you to take a picture of your passport and a second picture with you holding your passport. Ask Irene or Francesca to provide the on line form well in advance so you can complete it in a suitable location and time.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a perfect location which gave us the best possible Venetian experience. The apartment is newly remodeled and has wonderfully sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 almost identical bathrooms. The Host, Irene was very helpful with suggestions of the surrounding restaurants and activities nearby. When ever we return to Venice, we hope this perfect location is available to greet us again. I came to Venice with my husband, my brother and his wife. We were thrilled with the apartment and it exceeded our expectations. it was very clean, up to date, and had EVERYTHING we needed. It was about a three minute walk to the water taxi/bus. Coop, which was the market we shopped at for our groceries, was right near the water taxi. Again, a three minute walk. It was close to all the shops and in a very, very nice area. Irene was so attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions. I would absolutely refer a friend and also come back here again. We were all satisfied! Thank you Irene.

Great Stay

The apartment was as listed and was in a great location. AC worked great, plenty of hot water but neds and pillow could be replaced - as they were hard and lumpy. The unit was a 4 minute walk to the water taxi near Rialto bridge. PM helped and arranged the water taxis for us as Bezos was in town and they were hard to book. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.

Perfect Venezia location

Very clean, comfortable and perfect location for our visit to Venice. Very easy access from the water taxi, no stairs to climb and right at the base of the Rialto bridge. Convenient location to excellent restaurants and sightseeing. If we come to Venice again, we will definitely stay here!

Terrific place to stay

Thought we were a little concerned about getting to the unit, having never been in Venice before, we found it fairly easlity to access. It is a bright, clean, and modern unit is well suited for two couples to stay in. The view of the water is terrific and the large kitchen and sitting area made it easy to get together before heading out to the city.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and very comfortable. AC worked great, hot water, laundry all good. Best location ever!!! Close to everything and on a canal. Canal can be noisy with traffic late at night/early morning but we were so tired, it didn’t matter. Used shutters to keep sun out early. Elevator was a bonus! Best stay ever!
