Located in a beautiful complex with swimming pool, this charming apartment completely renovated, is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town center. Free parking. Airport 10 minutes by car or 20 by public bus.
Located in a beautiful complex with swimming pool, this charming apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town center. Free parking. The airport 10 minutes by car or 20 public bus. The apartment is fresh and delicious, recently renovated, ideal for couples or singles. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
For your enjoyment the house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, automatic washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, rents exclusively and includes everything you need for your stay, towels, sheets, baby kit, kitchenware, changes of bedding, etc. It has 1 double bed of 1.8x2m, private bathroom, living room and private terrace. With an outdoor pool and hammocks for shared use.
If I needed anything else, I would solve it.

Relaxing holiday
..in a clean and well equipped apt. We are regular visitors to Lanzarote and have stayed in many other apts within a short walking distance of this one. The accommodation measures up well and the pool is better than most. Although not the biggest, it's well designed and a pleasure to swim in. The lack of a private terrace lets the apartment down a little but wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

Beautiful apartment. Small quiet development. The pool is lovely. Its a 5 minute walk to the strip.
The apartment has everything you need, although no aircon, but not needed in February for my stay! There is a portable fan if needed. I would definitely stay here again

Relaxing Holiday
The property was perfect including the location. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Only 2 negatives were lack of useable sunbeds (ones available were old and some broken). Also noisy neighbour’s upstairs constantly dragging furniture around. Having said that it did not spoil our 4 weeks in the apartment. We would have rebooked for the same dates next year but it is not available
