Dimora San Giuliano is a historic two-room apartment but with a garden inside, a real rarity!
Located in Vico I S. Giuliano, in the heart of Martina Franca where you will find art and culture, typical restaurants, splendid panoramic views, and the beaches just a few kilometers away. The equipped garden can comfortably accommodate you for an "al fresco" dinner. My guests under the age of 7 with mom and dad do not pay!
The accommodation consists of the following rooms: an entrance that leads to the living room with fireplace, satellite TV, wi-fi access, an armchair and a sofa bed for two people; dining corner and a comfortable rustic style sideboard;
a small wall separates the small but complete kitchen (stainless steel sink, four-burner stove, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave, mocha and capsule coffee machine;
on the right there is access to the bedroom with a queen-size double bed (1.60 m) and on request a bed with a square and a baby bed;
adjacent to the room there are two rooms: the bathroom (with a large shower cabin, sink, bidet, wc) and the wardrobe / closet / laundry room.
From both day and night areas it is possible to access the equipped secret garden, for the exclusive use of Dimora S. Julian.
The structure in natural and living stone and double facing the garden allows you to maintain an optimal temperature throughout the day in the summer, guaranteeing you cool nights.
