of land planted with oaks and scrub trees. Enjoy a panoramic view over the Serre de Barre. Below, in front of the house is your private pool (10 mx 5 m).
It is an independent house (150 m2 living area) on one level with a floor. No overlooked, 2 hectares of land.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir waren zusammen mit unseren Töchtern (10 und 14) eine Woche in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Der Pool ist wunderbar und das Grundstück riesig. Leider ist es nicht umzäunt, weshalb wir unseren Hund an der Leine lassen mussten, aber der Pool ist gesichert, hier kann kein Kleinkind (oder Hund) einfach unerlaubt reinhüpfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub in superschöner Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt war toll, das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber top renoviert. Küche gut und reichlich ausgestattet so dass es auch beim Selberkochen an nichts fehlt. Der Pool ist sauber und für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir haben die Gegend mit Rennrädern erkundet, es gibt viele kleine Straßen mit wenig Verkehr. Vielen Dank an Christophe für die Tourentips!

Das Ferienhaus hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Eine herrlich ruhige Lage - mit Blick auf die Berge von der Terrasse aus. Ein Netto-Supermarkt ca. 3 km im Nachbarort. Der Pool ist herrlich und das Objekt bestens ausgestattet. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer funktoniert bestens. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eine schöne Woche in einer wild romatischen Gegend mit gepfegtem Haus und Pool

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Motorradfahrer und haben das Haus mit Pool als unsere zentrale Anlaufstation für unsere Touren gebucht. Das Haus zu finden war nicht ganz einfach, aber mit etwas pfadfinderischem Geschick hat es doch geklappt (gut wären GPS-Koordinaten). Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen und bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung war gut und es war alles gepflegt. Zum Einkaufen sind wir entweder nach Les Vans (Super U, ca. 4 km) oder nach Lablachère (Netto, ca. 6km und eine kleine gut sortierte Bäckerei im Dorf selbst) gefahren. Die Betreuung durch Christophe Vorort war gut. WIr können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Maison très bien située dans les hauteurs

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec une vue magnifique ! Belles balades à faire aux alentours. Supermarché Netto à 5 kms ou un Super U à environ 7 kms. Ne ratez pas VALLON PONT D'ARC à visiter et allez dans les hauteurs admirer le Pont d'Arc. La chambre du bas reste fraiche, par contre les chambres du haut restent chaudes. Des ventilateurs seraient un plus, ou la mise en service de la clim au niveau du sol, car même les fenêtres ouvertes la fraicheur ne rentre pas. Literie confortable, il y a des matelas plus fermes que d'autres suivant la chambre choisie :)

Le point positif >> Un cadre exceptionnel : Piscine avec une vue incroyable ! Logement fonctionnel ; seul bémol : l’absence d’isolation au plafond rendant la température des chambres à l’étage intenable, nous empêchant de dormir la nuit Toutefois, le point négatif de notre séjour restera le côté intrusif du propriétaire : Un passage régulier pour Checker la piscine, si cela s’avère nécessaire est totalement compréhensible, en revanche au bon vouloir du propriétaire ( tôt le matin, la matinée, aux heures du dîner etc.) sans en Informer au préalable l’occupant beaucoup moins ...

Je vous remercie de votre avis, je constate que vous avez apprécie la maison ainsi que la piscine, Je suis vraiment désolé que mes visites pour contrôler l'état de l'eau de la piscine ont été prises pour de l'intrusion, je passe tôt le matin ou en fin de journée mais jamais quand les clients sont à la piscine, l'accès pour le contrôle de l'eau de la piscine et de la filtration (obligatoire vu les températures de cet été) se fait sans dérangement pour le devant de la maison, je prends note de votre remarque pour les locataires suivant. Peut-être avez-vous pris pour de l'intrusion le passage de ma fille qui vous proposez les tomates du jardin, il est vrai, elle ne vous avez pas prévenu et vous êtiez sur la terrasse, Toutes nos excuses.

2 perfekte Wochen

Das war ganz klar einer der schönsten Urlaube in Frankreich, die wir je verbringen durften. Und wir waren schon oft in verschiedenen Landesteilen in Frankreich unterwegs. Das hatte nicht nur mit der wunderschönen Landschaft, sondern auch mit dem tollen Haus in dem wir 2 Wochen leben durften zu tun. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist komplett und reichhaltig eingerichtet und bietet Dank seiner Größe allen einen Rückzugsort. Das Highlight ist natürlich der gepflegte Pool, den wir an den zahlreichen heißen Tagen oft und gerne genutzt haben. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen und bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben einige Wanderungen und Touren mit dem Mountainbike unternommen und sind von der Landschaft und den teilweise pittoresken Städten begeistert. "Merci" an Christophe und seine Tochter.

Aufenthalt im Juni 2022

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bei der Hitzewelle mit Temperaturen um 40 Grad, haben wir uns sehr viel im Haus und natürlich in dem wunderschönen Pool mit der tollen Aussicht aufgehalten. Vom umliegenden Grundstück kann man nur einen kleinen Teil nutzen, weil das Gelände in Stufen angelegt und naturbelassen ist. An vielen Abenden hatten wir Besuch von einer Fasanenfamilie. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Zum Einkaufen oder zu den Märkten ist es nicht weit - ein Auto sollte man aber haben.
