The property was very well maintained and each room had been decorated and the furnishing's are excellent quality. A lot of thought and love has gone into this property. The property is extremely dog friendly with a private, secure fenced garden. The views at front of cottage are of a pine forest. There is off street parking for 2 cars which is a huge bonus. A two minute walk there is a beautiful riverside walk which is fabulous. Within seconds of walking you are in the village of Ballater, with boutique shops and restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars.
