The apartment is in excellent condition. Great location in old city - walking distance to major tourist sites. The apartment has everything you might need. The private terrace is a great spot for breakfast or a few G&T in the evening. Communication with the host was very good - quick response to any questions raised. The only slight negative was the wifi often lagged. Highly recommend!

Great location, Charming Apartment

Loved this place! Modern kitchen and bathroom, but historic and charming apartment. Terrace in back was added benefit. All the necessities were included and there was plenty of space! Location was perfect for us, as well, within a great local feel but plenty around to see. Our host Adeli was terrific to deal with and promptly responsed to any questions. Definitely recommend!

A warm welcome from our host Adeli. A large and comfortable apartment which was well stocked with everything needed. Lots of restuarants and bars in the area and yet the apartment is so quiet. Easy to navigate to different parts of the city. Will stay here again for sure and would highly recommend.

The property was excellent. We had plenty of space for 4 people. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable and extremely well located. Our host, Adeli was very easy to contact via WhatsApp whenever needed and the check-in and out process was very straight forward. Adeli even allowed us to stay beyond the checkout time which was a huge help to us. I have stayed in properties in Valencia a number of times and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and I would be very happy to stay here again.

Fantastic Valencia Apartment

My partner and I stayed in Valencia for a month as we wanted to explore and get to know the city well. We were looking for an apartment that was very comfortable with all the amenities. This apartment was excellent in every respect. Spacious and fully renovated. Very clean, comfortable and in a great location, very close to Mercat Central and a short walk to Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Plaza de la Reina. It has a modern and very well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed cooking a few meals during our stay. Large comfortable bathroom with very nice shower.Adeli, our host, was very gracious, helpful and very responsive, especially to our request for a late (21:00 hrs) check in time. We highly recommend!

Great apartment in Old Town

We stayed 7 days and it was a great apartment with everything we needed. 2 bedroom and one very large bathroom. The master bedroom had lots of storage and a good size bed (queen). It is in a very old building with cool wooden beams and is very authentic. It is up one floor with no elevator if stairs are an issue. The only issue we had, and it’s not the hosts fault, is we stayed during Las Fallas which is crazy loud with bands and fireworks starting early in the day and going until very late at night (almost 5:00 AM) so our first 5 days were almost no sleep so if you want quiet, don’t visit Valencia in March. We would highly recommend this apartment any other time of year!!

Een prachtig, goed uitgerust en schoon appartement in het hart van Valencia (3 minuten lopen naar de Centrale markthal). De andere kant op lopend kom je ook veel terrassen, restaurantjes, bakkers en supermarkten tegen. Het terras van het appartement is een groot pluspunt en erg geschikt om van je ontbijt te genieten. Superbe séjour dans l'appartement idéal

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine a Valence dans cet appartement. La proprietaire était au top que cela soit sur l'accueil ou les informations et conseils de visites. L'appartement en lui meme est top, trés agréable a vivre, propre et calme et idéalement situé. Et surtout je n'ai jamais vu un appartement aussi bien équipé, c'est simple il y avait TOUT. Nous recommendons grandement!

Eine perfekte Oase mitten in der Altstadt von Valencia

Ein idealer und zentraler Standort, um Valencia entspannt und fußläufig kennenzulernen und zu erleben. Eine ruhige und geräumige Wohnung (auch für 3 Leute geeignet), sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet - allein die Auswahl an geschmackvollem Geschirr oder Wein- und Biergläsern sei hier genannt. Das Badezimmer mit Wand- und Handdusche ist großzügig und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Für uns ein besonderes Highlight: die mit Stoff überdachte Terrasse, wo man in aller Ruhe frühstücken oder am Abend essen oder Wein trinken kann. Und das Ganze nur drei Fußminuten vom Mercado Central oder acht Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt... Auch der Kontakt mit unserer Gastgeberin Adeli per Mail oder WhatsApp war wunderbar unkompliziert und sehr freundlich - auch hier können wir einfach nur Bestnoten vergeben! Unser Fazit: Könnten uns kaum einen besseren Standort vorstellen, um sich in Valencia zu verlieben... Lutz und Susanne aus Köln, Deutschland
