Escroquerie

Appartement non disponible à notre arrivée. La propriétaire voulait nous reloger dans son garage. Nous sommes très mécontents et ne réserverons plus par Abritel. Vous manquez de cohérence dans votre communication car nous avons ouvert un dossier chez vous et ce mail n’aurait jamais dû être envoyé.

We didn’t get the key to the apparment

We did not get the key. The host said that the appertment was bookes to some other People. We could not see the appartment, We don’t know if there is an appartment. We were offered to stay in their garage without Windows to the same price. The garage was furnished with old furnitures and was dirty. We didn’t stay there. We asked to get our money back, the host refused. We had to book at hotel instead. The host is a con man.

Un séjour exceptionnel chez Huguette et Alain

Nous sommes restés durant 7 jours dans le logement de Huguette et Alain. Un logement très fonctionnel, excellente localisation par rapport au centre-ville d’Annecy, literie confortable… nous n’avons rien à redire à part merci pour la grande générosité, l’accueil chaleureux et la réactivité dont on fait preuve Huguette et Alain. Nous recommandons totalement.

Propriétaires très suspicieux

Après des difficultés de contact avec les propriétaires qui auraient envoyer des messages que je n'ai pas reçus, j'ai réussi à établir un contact ppour nous retrouver devant la location. Il a fallu que je les ineterpelle alors qu'ils étaient en train de discuter avec la propriétire du restaurant. D'emblée, ils m'ont demandé de me calmer alors que je n'avais encore rien demandé. Lorsque j'ai voulu visiter l'appartement, la propriétaire m'a demandé une pièce d'identité. Comme il me semble qu'elle n'est pas habilitée à demander mes papiers j'ai refusé. Nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre possession de l'appartement. En partant, le compagnon de la propriétaire est venu me bousculer. J'ai demandé le remboursement de la somme versée mais je n'ai rien reçu.
