The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.
-Booking Requirements- One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.

This is a lovely property built in 1800s spacious with very high ceilings, beautifully appointed and very centrally located for everything Edinburgh has to offer. It is a second floor flat with 50 steps to gain access which kept us fit! We visited with American friends who were very impressed with its sense of history.

Great place and the manager that runs the house for the owner is fantastic. Gave excellent recommendations for pubs and restaurants and handled a difficult fix that unexpectedly occurred with professional hands on approach. The place was terrific, we had a fantastic time, and the only complaint I have is that I couldn’t stay longer. Lots of great restaurants, pubs, shopping. Would 100% stay again.

The house was so close to all the attractions, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving holiday. Karen was a great host. Whenever I had questions, she responded right away. Truly more than we expected.

As a family of 5 we were very comfortable here. It was exactly as described with nice views and a great location that was very walkable. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the Stockbridge area.

Loved staying at this house in beautiful Edinburgh. The pics don’t do it justice it is very spacious and beds were extra comfy. Short stroll away from anything we wanted to do in town too. Highly recommend

As a family of five with teens and a 4 year old this property was perfect. Quiet location close to everything and extremely spacious. A few family friendly pubs and restaurants in close proximity and easy to walk to all the key places in the city.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Dublin Street property. We absolutely loved the décor, convenience, and spacious rooms. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special :)Check-in was very smooth, and communication with Karen, the property manager, was easy and pleasant throughout our stay.The only minor critiques would be that the Wi-Fi struggled to reach the upstairs rooms, and the kitchen could benefit from a few more amenities for longer stays, such as additional pans, cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, and perhaps an extra set of towels. The beds were slightly uncomfortable, although we did appreciate their generous size.The property is located in a quiet residential area, far enough away to enjoy peaceful nights, yet close enough that everything was within easy reach. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the property.

Loved the space for our six person group; three large bedrooms w/multi-bath, sizable kitchen, dining room and common area. Location was around a 20 minute walk from the Royal Mile. Place has everything you would need for a short/long family vacation around Scotland.
The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet. There was plenty of room for our group of six older adults and we appreciated having the extra half bath downstairs. The location has easy access to restaurants and small neighborhood markets to pick up a few needed items. We enjoyed our time there very much!

A beautiful apartment in a very nice area. We were within walking distance of the Royal Mile, the train station, restaurants and a Tesco Express. Plenty of towels, hot water and kitchen utensils. Large, airy rooms—we had a great time! Thank you!

Great stay with everything you need. The apartment is lovely and in a great location. Very clean too. Near lots of restaurants. Highly recommend the Magnum up the road but do book in advance. Just 2 extra points to be aware of, there are lots of stairs up to the apartment and parking is free on weekends but through the week it's pay to park.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. The beds, bedding, showers and all furnishings were very comfortable. The steps were challenging at times but also gave us more exercise. We did not use the kitchen much but it seemed to be well equipped for cooking. Nice location to walk to many great destinations.
Our family group of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of space for us. Having two full bathrooms plus an extra toilet meant nobody had to wait for the bathroom! The location in New Town was walkable to Waverly Station as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Highly recommend!

Beautiful flat in New Town Edinburgh, fantastic location, beautifully appointed. Easy walking distance to Waverly Station and Royal Mile. Very easy process. One caveat for anyone with mobility issues, no lift, 2.5 flights walk up. Would definitely stay here again.

Propriety was as described and in a great location.
Parking was a bit of a pain but that’s an Edinburgh thing and not unique to this property.
There’s lots of stairs up to the property so if you are travelling with a lot of bags be aware.

After 4 years at the Unioversity of Edinburgh, my family and I travelled up to attend my son's graduation ceremony. The flat was in an excellent location for the university, restaurents and pubs/bars. The flat itself was lovely, a classic New Town property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all generously sized, as was the sitting room. The property was all we wished for and more, I could not reccommend this proeprty enough.
