Very difficult communication and access. Host did not respond to calls. Outside the door of the property were numerous cigarette butts and discarded cans. The accommodation was in poor condition and was dirty.The wifi connection was very poor and unstable. Whilst the manager attempted to remedy this it was not improved.

We had a wonderful time in the Lake District, The Grooms Room was comfortable, although the Microwave was dated. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The weather was beautiful, our trips out were enjoyed by us both.
