Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed lawned garden, patio and garden furniture. Bike store. 2 pets welcome (£40 per pet, paid directly to the owner). Parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen or stag parties, couple and family booking only. This property has a natural water supply from a borehole. There is a covered pond in the garden.. Situated on a working farm, this detached holiday cottage has far reaching countryside views over the Hovingham Estate in the Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy dining al fresco on the patio area in the ¼-acre lawned garden, or relax beside the wood burner on winter evenings. The market town of Helmsley is 10 miles away, and a 30-minute scenic drive to the ancient city of York. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
