Close to a wide sandy beach in rural location with walking on the Tarka Trail only a short distance away.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds. Convector heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Patio with garden furniture, table tennis and barbecue. Small front garden. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Heale Cottage is a cosy, semi-detached, holiday retreat in a stunning location. The breathtaking North Devon coast and the wide, golden, sandy beach at Westward Ho! are 4 miles and the old port town of Bideford with its tree-lined quay is 2 miles. There are numerous beautiful beaches nearby via the Atlantic highway (A39). Pretty garden areas to the front and the side of the cottage offer the ideal place to relax within the glorious Yeo Valley. The patio has outdoor furniture and a BBQ to enjoy an al fresco supper or why not try a game of table tennis. The Tarka Trail is ½ mile, guests can join the trail at Landcross Bridge. Golf, fishing and riding are all within 5 miles. there’s a nearby shop in Bideford and pub and restaurant in Littleham village. Shop 2.3 miles, pub and restaurant 1.6 miles (steep walk).

Lovely cottage in a great location.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Surprisingly well equipped and found in good condition. My only reason for marking it down is that we are used to a warm draught-free house and the cottage, being quaint and old has a few draughty doors which fought hard to overcome the heating we applied. Else everything was really nice, comfy bed and all mod cons. Great for bird-watching and for walking on the nearby Tarka Trail. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Taka trail lovely, we walked 10miles and road bikes for half a day in Bideford. Everything you need and Lady next door was very helpful. Saw 14 curlews on our walk! Nice cottage and stay. Child bedroom very small. Amanda next door very help when needed. Cost of our week I think it was expensive. But a nice holiday.
