Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed, Pull Out Single (3ft) Bed, (No Door). Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Shared 1-acre grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds, 30 yards away. No children.. Situated close to the owner’s home, this beautifully presented property enjoys a large garden, set in over an acre of grounds which is shared by the unobtrusive owners. The Willows enjoys views towards the east coast, providing you with an idyllic base to relax in after a busy day exploring the area. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, this property is perfect for walkers, cyclists and those just looking for a peaceful break away. Spilsby is only 2 miles away, where guests can explore its weekly market, shops, pubs and restaurants. Lincoln, which is famous for its cathedral, castle and the Magna Carta Visitor Centre, is 35 minutes’ drive away. Beach 12 miles. Shops, pubs and restaurant 2 miles.

Cottage is set in a central position for touring the Lincolnshire Wolds. Lincolnshire Aviation Museum is near, as is National Trust Gunby Hall. Delightful area.

A small and well designed cottage.

A small and well designed cottage. Well equipped and lovely and warm. The only downside we found was the seating, the sofa was rather saggy and somewhat uncomfortable. It may need the cushions re stuffing. The cottage was easy to find and easy to park the car.

Nice quiet location.

Nice quiet location. Lovely patio area and summer house for guests use, weather permitting! The cottage was clean and comfy, though it was a bit of a challenge to stay seated on the leather sofa! The owners, Stella and Carl, were friendly but unobtrusive. Some lovely walks from the cottage, though we were thwarted a couple of times as the start of some of the public footpaths were a jungle of nettles. Tattershall Castle and Gunby Hall and Gardens are worth a visit, (both NT). We would probably stay again at the Willows if visiting that area of Lincolnshire.

Had a lovely week at the willows and the weather was an added bonus the cottage was clean and welcom

Had a lovely week at the willows and the weather was an added bonus the cottage was clean and welcoming with the added extras of milk eggs tea coffee and sugar .the village of Toynton all saints is ideally situated for the surrounding areas all within 20 to 30 mins drive . We visited Louth, Horncastle ,Skegness Woodall spa,and we also went to Cleethorpes to visit family .we also went to Lincolnshire wildlife park we were a little disappointed if I’m honest if you like parrots 🦜 then this is the place for you . A short drive in to Spilsby there is a Sainsbury’s and a co op if you need any supplies . And we used the fish and chip shop twice which was very nice and reasonable prices and the portions are generous. The summer house to the side of the property is lovely but it was to hot lol so we just sat outside as we were lucky with the weather all in all we had a good holiday at the willows would highly recommend.
