A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom and its own veranda. The staircase of the main area also leads to the downstairs area, where there are 2 large bedrooms about 25sq metres.
Each one has two single beds with ensuite bathroom, a large porch with access to the yard and the swimming pool.
The living room has access to a large, fenced and surrounded by ancient olive trees garden, 500 sq metres wide. There is a 4x8m swimming pool, BBQ and a dinner table, fully equipped.
