This detached country house is located near the village of Ulverston, close to Lake Windermere, and can sleep 26 people in 12 bedrooms.
Ellie's Lodge is a detached country house situated near the village of Ulverston, Cumbria. Hosting twelve bedrooms comprising of; a super king-size double with en-suite, a twin (zip/link) with en-suite, (disabled friendly bedroom with wheel chair access), a king-size double with en-suite, a super king-size double (zip/link) with en-suite, a family room with four single beds (zip/link) and en-suite, a super king-size double with en-suite, a super king-size double with en-suite, a twin room with 2’6” singles (please note this room is accessed through Windermere). A super king-size double and en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower, a super king-size double with en-suite, a twin with en-suite, and a double with en-suite, this property can sleep up to twenty six people. Inside you will also find a main hallway with sitting area, disabled cloakroom with basin and WC (with pull cord alarm and grab handles), ladies and gents cloakrooms, a spacious kitchen with open-plan sitting area, wood-burning stove and spacious dining room. Bar and lounge. There is also a spacious sitting room with coved ceilings, and a leisure room. To the outside is additional parking for two cars available at the front entrance, as well as lockable bike storage. Not forgetting the spacious grounds with patio, gardens, furniture and hot tub. Resting in a delightful location with plenty of charm, Ellie's Lodge is a precious retreat in a memorable part of England.

Large flat screen TV in the Bar lounge, WiFi, Bluetooth Bose speakers available. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel for stove available 100 yards from the house at the garden centre. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x Cot and highchair available. Allocated off road parking for 9 cars to the rear of the house. Additional parking for 2 cars available at the front entrance. Lockable bike storage. Spacious grounds with patio, gardens, furniture and hot tub. The property is located next to a garden centre, with a cafe and there are facilities for breakfast and private catering available (buffets, hot buffets etc for lunch or tea, tray pies etc).
