The Neighborhood:
This apartment is literally a minute walk from the lovely beach known as Praia da Rainha
Located right in the heart of the Cascais historical area with its charming cobbled streets and old architecture. Just a short distance from the beach and Albatroz Hotel. Quietly tucked away off the main walking street but close enough to roll out of bed into the local cafés and restaurants it is a fantastic base to explore getting lost in the old town area. Plenty of good boutique shopping right on the doorstep

Getting Around:
Underground paid parking is available within a 3-minute walk
Cascais train and bus station are just 100m from the apartment, giving you easy access to Lisbon and Sintra. The train between Lisbon and Cascais is regular and runs along the coastline. The Cascais marina is a short walk from here over a small bridge.
Taking a wrong turn in this area is an experience in itself with some new sights to offer.

This is a self-catering apartment.

-Linen for each bed (1 set)
-Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel)
-Hygiene products – soap, shampoo, and toilet paper (for the first night)
* Extra linen and towels have a cost:
-Double bed changeover including towels - €23.95
-Single bed changeover including towels - €18.45
-Double bed changeover only - €8.95
-Single bed changeover only - €8.60
-Pack Towels only - €9.85
-Hourly maid service upon request
* Baby items have a cost:
-Baby cot including linen per night (min 3 nights) – €9.00
-Baby high chair per night (min 3 nights) – €6.00
-Baby tub (min 3 nights) – €5.00

* We offer convenient airport transportation services. Feel free to reach out to us for further details and pricing.
* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
