There is a well-presented open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room, family bathroom and shower room. Outside there is two patios, an on-site restaurant and bar, and parking for one car with further additional visitor parking available. The property is an idyllic retreat for couples or a family looking to explore the South West Coast Path, or relax in a tranquil countryside setting.

Amenities: Range of contemporary gloss units, with built-in appliances comprising built-under oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. A washing machine is located in a separate utility room.
Smart TV and DVD player. Mobile wifi available.
Underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators in the bedrooms.
Allocated parking space for one car and further visitor parking available.
Two well behaved pets are allowed at a charge of £40 per pet per week. Pets are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Strictly No Smoking.
All duvets, pillows, linen and towels provided - guests require beach and tea towels only.

Take advantage of the beautiful scenic coastline, by walking to Salcombe, via the popular East Soar Outdoor Experience, with a delightful barn on the headland, just above picturesque Salcombe, providing an ideal opportunity to indulge in delicious homemade cakes and cosy warm drinks, as well as outdoor education for kids. Alternatively, Hope Cove is only 8-10 minutes’ drive away, and Salcombe just a 12-15 minute car journey.
