The newly built villa, with a splendid sea view on the islands of Tavolara and Molara, is inserted in a splendid garden of 1500 square meters and has large verandas that are habitable and equipped for dining with a sea view.
The property has an outdoor shower, barbecue, and sunbathing area with some loungers.
The furnishings are cared for in every detail.
For families over 4 people, it is necessary to use the tavern with a third bedroom and a third bathroom. The tavern does not have air conditioners, but being in the basement, the temperature is always pleasant.
Note:
Deposit of € 150 is required, to be paid upon arrival and delivery of the keys. It will be returned upon departure and after viewing the state of the house.

- linen, sheets and towels = € 30 per person
- air conditioners, only if used = € 1.00 per kwh and as per specific meter reading.
- costs for cleaning the barbecue, only if used and not cleaned € 50, which will be retained by the guarantee.

Reservations are also accepted for long periods and also for the entire villa, which is a two-family house.
