Vacation Life Properties invites you to stay at Majestic Beach Resort Unit #2004 (Building 1)- a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a perfect Panama City getaway! This renovated unit features a new dishwasher, stainless steel appliances and new furnishings, and sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a King bed with flat screen TV and gorgeous views of the Gulf. The en suite bathroom has DOUBLE vanities, and a separate soaking tub and shower! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and plenty of storage. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and is perfect for kids. The spacious living room also has a NEW large flat- screen TV and tons of light coming from the large windows, which lead to your private balcony overlooking the beach. This unit features hardwood flooring and neutral colors throughout, creating a calm retreat. Enjoy a sunset cocktail on the balcony before enjoying dinner made in your fully stocked kitchen. This unit has everything you need to feel at home including a Pack N Play that you will find in the master closet.

'Goin' to the Beach!', is now offering a food and beverage service. You can reserve chairs or arrange for a beach bonfire in advance, by using the Goin' to the Beach app. Each daily rental chair comes with $10 in cabana cash and can be redeemed with your beach server the day of purchase. Any unused cabana cash can not be transferred to a different date.

For bookings that start after January, upon guest registration completion, will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS, and no paper parking pass should be issued. Please note: this fee is not included in the grand total. Garage clearance is 7 feet.

Our party of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids under 10) enjoyed staying at this unit. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for meals.There was a tv in each bedroom and one in the living room and that made everyone happy. We found a camping chair and beach toys in the laundry room so we were glad we didn't bring ours or have to buy some. We loved being close to the lesser used elevator that dropped you right by the indoor pool. Our biggest complaint is that there wasn't a table that we could all sit at for meals or uno. There were seating around the high bar and another table, but we would have liked a kitchen table. You could also hear the whoosing of the elevator when it came to the floor and that was slightly annoying.

Fun Spring Break

It was great to be right on the beach. The room was plenty big enough for everyone and had nice furniture for us to be comfortable. It is also just a short drive away from good restaurants. Overall definitely a vacation to remember.

This is a safe place to stay. Security guard there and a coffee shop/grocery store inside. Pools are great. Inside was warm like a bath. Outside pools have pools for babies up to adults. Loved it coming back next year

What a great stay. The condo worked out great. Check in and out was great. 20th floor was great. The whole space was fantastic for our family. The staff in the facility was so nice and helpful. This condo was fantastic. The decor was so cute and it had everything we needed. The host communication was great. The only thing I think could have been better was instructions on parking. The garage is across the street and it took us a bit to figure out where to go and how to get to the lodging side of the property. Also, directions on where the pools and other amenities are around the resort. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

My overall impression of this unit wasn’t good. The guest bedroom had a pink stain in the middle of the comforter. The ice machine took forever to make ice. The hot water didn’t get hot while other water was running. The master bedroom shower had a few mole spots. Overall, 3/5

VERY NICE CONDO!

Loved the stay, very nice location! Very clean! The only thing is I had a problem trying to figure out the code to our door and called the on call that I was told in email and no one ever called me back never to check on me or anything so that was upsetting. at least I figured it out and was able to get the door open. But all around will stay again! GREAT TRIP!!

Good condo for the price

Enough room in the 3 bedroom for our family of five. It wouldn't hurt for the owners to include a broom in the unit somewhere to sweep up our messes. There was a little vacuum in one of the closets that we used. We make use of the kitchen to cook most of our own meals when we are on vacation. Nice pools and hot tubs except one of the hot tubs was cold part of the time and the outdoor pool was closed for the first 3 days of our stay. The bar and grill wasn't open in the evenings and the other stores had limited hours. Starbucks was a nice perk to have on site. Very nice location with shopping nearby and the white sandy beach right outside. It was a little crowded the time of year we went = beginning of March with spring breakers but other than that it was good. We would probably go back at a less busy time of year.
