Hosting three bedrooms; a double, a twin, and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with breakfast table, and a lounge/diner. To the outside there is a car park 400 yards (permit provided), a balcony and a small courtyard. Resting in a lovely location with pleasant views of the seaside village, Fishermans Cottage is a charming retreat in a relaxing part of England.

Amenities: Electric heating and night storage heaters and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix is available with your own login details telephone (honesty box), WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Car park 400 yards at the top of the bank (permit for one car provided from March - October). Balcony and small courtyard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 100 yards. Note: Limited mobile phone signal, therefore landline is provided. Note: Owner may accept one more dog on request. Note: This property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to a steep climb to local car park. Note: this property does not accept any pets other than a dog. Town: The seaside village of Staithes is surrounded by high craggy cliffs on three sides and there is a sheltered sandy beach set amongst the rocky coastline. Staithes has a good selection of pubs, shops and tea rooms. The best views of the town can be enjoyed from the Cleveland Way which runs down the cliffside to the sea's edge.
