Summer holiday

Location was ideal, out of town but a 15 minute walk into the main shopping area. Washing machine was a godsend! Give a little more information about the stay at the villa - pool maintenance comes twice (Monday + Thursday), bedding change? Gardener? Just so people know to expect them.

A perfect week of relaxation and exploration

Lovely villa, perfect for 4 people to just relax and unwind. The villa is just on the outskirts of Ciutadella center and you can walk to the center within 10 minutes to enjoy to City life with bars, restaurants and shops. The villa has everything you need for a perfect break, pool, outdoor BBQ, 2 bathrooms, outdoor toilet, washing machine and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. There is ample parking. The villa is secluded and secure with neighbouring properties close by. We stayed here from 05th October 2024 to 12th October 2024 and the weather was perfect day and night. I would definitely recommend the villa. The staff at Mauter villas were all very friendly and helpful, you get a nice little welcome pack for when you arrive. Perfect 10 from us!! Nothing to add

Die Villa war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab verschiedene Plätze, an denen man sich bei unterschiedlichem Wetter aufhalten konnte. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur Mauter Villas war vorbildlich. Deutsches Satelliten-Fernsehen! Morgens war man zu Fuß in 5min beim Bäcker. Zur Altstadt waren es 12 min. Lidl war ebenfalls in der Nähe. Da gab es nichts.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Todo muy bien, la ubicación genial, a 3 minutos en coche del centro de Ciudadela, y la casa muy cómoda. Agradecimos mucho el detalle de la cesta con el vino, y snacks.

Gemütliche Finca mit Makel

Der Schlüssel der Finca befand sich in einem Zahlenschloss an der Haustür. Die Finca ist 4 Erwachsene Personen groß genug und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Bilder entsprechen auch der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber voll funktionsfähig. Viele nützliche Dinge, wie Dosenöffner, Grillzange oder ein Korkenzieher waren vorhanden. Abzug gibt es bei 2 Dingen. 1. Waren überall Insekten. Vorallem in der Küche gab es Ameisen. 2. Der Immobilienverwalter hat uns ein zweites mal die Kurtaxe in Rechnung gestellt. Qir sollten das Geld überweisen, was wir taten. Nachdem wir die Rechnung überprüft hatten, haben wir es reklamiert. Den zu viel gezahlten Betrag haben wir innerhalb von 5 Tagen erstattet bekommen, aber die Aktion hatte trotzdem ein Faden Beigeschmack von Abzocke, obwohl alles angeblich ein Fehler war. Ein Pluspunkt für den verwalter: Am einem Tag ist die Klospülung defekt gewesen und am Folgejahren wurde ein Hausmeister geschickt, der sie repariert hat. Fazit: Netter Urlaub in eine geräumigen Finca. Das Ameisenproblem muss man in Griff bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Immobiloenverwalter lief über WhatsApp und war grds. (Abgesehen von der Kurtaxe) gut.

Ein schönes Haus mit kleinem Pool und herrlichem Garten unweit von Ciutadella

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Pool war für uns perfekt und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten auch im Innenhof sehr angenehm. Unweit der Stadt und doch ländlich. Die Betten sind ziemlich hart, ich wünschte mir eine weichere Matratze. Manche vielleicht auch eine Spülmaschine wie angegeben.

Excellent Little Villa

Stayed at Sa Ca Nova for two weeks from mid September. Just loved this charming villa. Just 15mins walk from the city centre but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Well equipped even a washing machine. Pool is gorgeous.Would come again. Nothing. Its lovely.

The location of the Villa was perfect for us, and the surrounding location was beautiful. It was lovely and enclosed which made it a lot easier for us with the children as we felt they were at all times safe. The layout of the Villa was brilliant, very spacious, very clean and very homely. Any issues we had which was only one concerning the Wifi, were dealt with immediately. Perfect family Villa in a lovely location with lots around to keep us adults and little ones busy. We would definitely come back! The only thing we could think of was maybe having a heated swimming pool as some days we found the water too cold for the children. Other than that it was all brilliant.
