About this property

Stunning Three cone Trullo and Contemporary Villa with private saltwater pool

The property is situated 7km from Ostuni in a beautiful rural setting amongst olive trees. The trullo was renovated and the villa built in 2018 both to the highest standards.
There are Three bedrooms , and three bathrooms. The beds are configured as 2 doubles and 2 singles ( this can also be a double ) . Mattresses are bespoke.
The villa has beautiful volcanic rock vaulted ceilings
The large covered terrace has seating and dining area and looks over the private 10 x 4 M salt swimming pool
The kitchen is modern and part of the living area. There is an external BBQ , plants are still maturing . Ostuni is 10 minutes by car and Ceglie Meassapica 15 minutes, both are white hilltop historic towns with a multitude of restaurants.Beautiful Adriatic beaches are 20 minutes from the property

Why they chose this property

We have had a property in France for over 20 years and decided that a new venture was needed. We chose Southern Italy and specifically this area of Puglia after 2 years of research. We were seeking a warm climate friendly relaxed people, excellent food ,and a closeness to the sea.

What makes this property unique

Puglia and specifically the area near Val D'Itria has received a lot positive press in recent years. There are stunning hill towns with fascinating architecture , superb restaurants and bars. If you want peace and isolation it is never far away. The beaches and sea are spectacular.In a land of olive groves you will never feel crowded.
We enjoy the freedom and space the property offers however we are within 10 + minutes drive of shopping bars and restaurants. We also have good airport access - Bari is 90 mins and Brindisi is 40 mins
