This house caters perfectly for large groups and families, for all seasons, with many amenities.

Whether you wish to lounge about by your own pool, stroll to the award winning beach, go windsurfing, sailing, or dine in beach-side restaurants you're only short distance to any of these activities.

Or perhaps you may prefer to relax with a good book in the spacious living areas, send the kids to the beach and then sit outside by the sparkling pool, lay back on the sofas in the central sun room atrium for an afternoon nap or curl up and enjoy the ambiance of our comfy lounge beside the large log gas fire on those cool nights.

Plenty of room for the whole family and a few more, it is huge. This spacious unique beach house is a neat, clean, comfortable and affordable way to enjoy this magnificent area.

Fully self contained, just bring the sunscreen & bathers! (please remember winter is a little chilly)

And if you're with us for a while, forget the laundromat, a fully equipped laundry saves you time and money too.

All quotes are based apon a family of four (additional guests are charged on a per night per person basis) includes the cost of the provision of linen for all bedding & towels for those attending Seagate Beach Retreat. We do not provide a bed turn down service (bed linen fitting).

House boasts two large lounges and kitchen areas, formal dining room for 6 adults, huge separate games/studio room at the rear of the property with a pool table overlooking the pool area, sun room atrium sitting area in the center of the house brings sunlight into all the rooms creating a relaxing environment . Huge outdoor pool incorporating a Spa (pool and spa are heated by a pool blanket in the warmer months, a bit chilly in the winter months, but great for a cold plunge). Double driveway with room for boat or caravan.

There are many extras at Seagate Beach Retreat including dishwasher, extra drinks fridge/freezer, pool table, dining area for twelve, 2 televisions to stop those arguments among the kids.. Did I mention the pool/spa and BBQ for those outdoor activities with fold out tables and chairs for those extra guest.

Uniquely Artistically influenced and 80's Architecturally Designed

Seagate Beach Retreat Is a very unique Beach house which derives its history from a well known local artist " Darrell Jane". Darrell Jane's artwork is permanently embedded in the front of the building. Darrell's theme of open large spaces reflecting the ocean and beach life on the Australian coastline has strongly influenced the design of Seagate Beach Retreat. There are many different spaces in Seagate Beach Retreat to experience. Many people who have experienced this space find it inspiring and very relaxing. This building is one of a kind and was very much ahead of its time when first constructed in the 80's. The neighbors when first experiencing the structure were amazed that anyone would have designed such a building for its day. Today to build such a building would be seen as impracticable and expensive.

All Pricing displayed on the Seagate Beach Retreat Stays Web site is based on a immediate family unit being 4 people.

Please be aware your initial quote is based upon the numbers of people that you have originally submitted. If you choose to increase your numbers after the original quote, prices will change and you may have to resubmit your enquiry.

We attempt to keep the prices within a fair and equitable range to suit the average family and those who are larger.

We hope you appreciate that Seagate Beach Retreat is a very large facility with many extras that requires more oversight, however our purpose is that you have a comfortable and relaxing holiday weather you are a large or small group (up to 10 adults only). Seagate Beach Retreat is affordable medium priced accommodation.

Please let us know all the details of your family group, sometimes we have confused families with group bookings.

Some places just squeeze people into a budget. We want all to relax and enjoy the holiday experience, even if you are a large family group.

Family pets require approval but are welcome. If approved please bring pet bedding and utensils for their food, bowls etc. Pets are to remain outside and please keep clean.
