Perfect stay with amazing host

We have been fortunate to travel the world and stay in many properties, but The Shabby Chic Hideaway and host Melissa trumps them all! The exceptional customer service and impeccably presented property that had many special personal touches was perfect for our month-long stay. This is THE place to stay when you are in Adelaide and are wanting a clean, safe and conveniently located property. Melissa is the best host we have ever come across and will go above and beyond to make anyone feel special when staying at Shabby Chic Hideaway. We highly recommend this property and will be staying there again on our future trips to Adelaide. 10/10

A lovely space not too far from Adelaide CBD

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Shabby Chic. It was obvious that great care had been taken setting up the space. We arrived to a basket of gluten free snacks, lactose free milk and jam. The kitchen was well equipped and the two rooms were very comfortable and felt very homey. Melissa the host was very easy to communicate with and was flexible with an early check in, which was great. The location is also a very short walk to Mawson Lakes train station which is well connected to the CBD. It was all round a lovely stay and exceeded expectations.

An enjoyable stay!

I stayed at Shabby Chic Hideaway with my two teenage children so they could participate in a sporting event over the long weekend. After long days on the sporting fields and travelling between venues, we stocked up and made use of the full kitchen facilities. The apartment was warm, inviting and well furnished, with a lovely bathroom and living area. The small touches like some breakfast supplies, chocolates, a coffee pod machine (pods supplied), and toiletries were appeciated by us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it very restful, far better than an impersonal motel or hotel room or cabin.

"A Great value for the money”

“Excellent location.”“Our family of six had a great time here. Our host was very informative and helpful. ”Great location ” Apartment was comfortable and came with supplies of tea, coffee and chocolate as well as a pod coffee maker. The property was beautifully clean and provided everything we expected and more! Can't wait to book my next holiday with them!

Host lives above and parks car close by, so some interaction may occur when both accessing car at same time. However, host lives peacefully and privacy will be respected as much as possible.
