*Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Clubs are within the nearby Mandurah Marina Precinct (See our Cottage location map for close proximity.)
*Easy Short walk to Local “SANDS SHOPPING CENTRE" for the morning paper and croissant - (approximately 400m) or pick up a take away meal. Good choices.
IGA supermarket, News Agency/Post Office, Chemist, Bakery & Best Mandurah pizzas (Pelles), Chicken Treat & other Take-away foods.
* Bus transport on nearby Mandurah Terrace.
* 'Cottage by the Sea' is cared for by the owners Joy and Phil and our wonderful Care Taker Estera who lives nearby .
* Earlier arrival and Later check outs maybe possible. Our caretaker has the final say 😊

* The atmosphere of our House has a Homely, Countryside feel, whilst still being a Seaside Cottage Home.
* Good choice of Various Sleeping Arrangements. 4 bedrooms.
* We cater for 6. ie 6 adults or 4 adults + 2 Children, 2 adults + 4 children. (Please check with us first for availability & suitability if you are not sure)
4 BEDROOMS
1.) Front Queen/Bed. Adults large sized bedroom .
2.) Rear Queen/Bed. Adults large sized bedroom
3.) Adjoins third Bedroom with 2 Single Beds (Perhaps you don't need the large Q/S or you or your darling snores or your child needs to be sleeping near you. 🤔
4.) 2 sets Bunk Beds. (Children's room OR 2 adults ONLY on the bottom of bunks please)
