This exceptionally comfortable, beautifully appointed and spacious three bedroom property offers stunning accommodation for families or groups wishing to explore the fantastic Margaret River region.

Stylishly decorated with deluxe furnishings, guests will enjoy the pleasures of the open plan upstairs living area which includes a spacious, 8-seater dining setting and a covered deck with outdoor table and BBQ where you can enjoy the manicured lawns and garden - an ideal area for small children to play. A separate balcony upstairs with sofa and coffee table also offers a tempting place to relax with a coffee and enjoy the afternoon sun or indulge in a glass of wine at twilight.

The house boasts several entertainment areas including a theatre room with large-screen plasma TV and surround sound system, downstairs rumpus room with games console and spacious family room with reverse cycle air-conditioning where you can relax after a day on the beach or exploring the wineries of the region. All feature TVs that are connected to the VAST satellite system and DVD players.

Settle in and relax...

The large master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite (including spa bath) is located on the top floor of the property. Two other bedrooms featuring a queen bed and twin singles (which can also be converted to a king bed upon request), a large bathroom and laundry make up the balance of the property downstairs. A double sofa bed is available in the rumpus room to accommodate an additional two persons if required. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a separate upstairs powder room.

Deluxe linens are provided at no extra cost and children are well catered for with their own crockery, cups and cutlery. A highchair and porta-cot are also available upon request.

A fully secured double garage under the property can accommodate up to two cars, and an outdoor shower is thoughtfully located for swimmers and surfers near the laundry.

Big comfortable house in great location.

Almost perfection. However no air con in the main bedroom which faces west and north is a big detriment especially with the weather we've been having. Wasn't impressed that the wheelie bins were both full (recycling) or partially full. FYI: Set top remote in TV room upstairs doesn't work (although the remote in the upstairs lounge works for both boxes!)

Margaret River accommodation

The house is spacious and has a lovely feel. It accommodated all our needs and was very well equipped . The location is good and easily accessible to restaurants and wineries. The owner was very helpful and provided good advice. However, the caretaker/ cleaner wasn’t able to help with questions about, tv, electricity box location, clothes dryer, etc and the place was dusty and needed to be cleaned and vacuumed when we arrived. The vacuum cleaners were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. The sheets also need to be replaced.

This house is perfect or a family break. Just a great spot, near to The beach, Margaret River and the Caves road. There are 3 TV rooms which my daughter said Woow dad look at this. The house is well layed out and there is everything you need. The kitchen is lovely and central so whoever is cooking can still join in al the fun. Will come here again. Roger.

We had a fabulous time at Grunters. Our visiting friends from the UK were suitably impressed with the house and Margaret River region. The accommodation was first class and particularly suited for our needs being a family of 5 and one couple. As a family, we were ensconsed downstairs in our own private "suite" (including lounge/tv area) and the ability to completely close this off enabled us to significantly reduce the children's noise level from travelling to the rest of the house, as well as allowing us adults to kick back and relax over dinner and a glass (or three) of the superb local wines. The children loved the space of the house and pretty rear garden where we were all delighted to have regular visits from the local Wrens. It was not uncommon for them to be seen perching on the backs of the outdoor setting chairs, cheekily wagging their tails and flashing their striking blue chests to impress their own reflections in the windows and doors!
