Spacious, comfy, great location with natural light
This cozy home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation from complimentary bicycle and beach gear, enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, grill, outdoor kitchen and plenty of games and activities to keep you entertained on the covered patio. Offstreet parkign for 6 (3 covered)
The space
We tried to think of everything so you can just arrive and start relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped. Adult games and books are supplied in the living room with kid toys and books in the 4th bedroom. There are two adult bikes and a trailer to pull behind for kids/dogs/groceries/etc! We have a hammock, porch swing, rocking chair, wicker loveseat and a folding table for outdoor entertaining. Load up the beach wagon with provided cooler, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, land darts and towels for a full day of fun in the sun then come home from the beach and rinse off or suds up in the enclosed outdoor hot water shower! The outdoor kitchen and grill has everything you need to cook up a delicious dinner barefoot at home or just walk/bike to any of the many nearby restaurants! Once you get here you will let your worries melt away and truly relax...on Tybee Time.

I love to travel and experience new places as often as possible. At 18 I made a "New Life's Resolution" to go somewhere new every year and I'm proud to say I've kept that promise. I love exploring new cultures by immersing myself among the locals and really appreciate art, architecture, trying all the best foods and getting to know the best people. My son has been tagging along on trips with us since he was 3 months old and I think it's very important to teach kids to be good travelers at a young age so that they can grow to love and appreciate how diverse and spectacular the world truly is.
Why they chose this property
I grew up on Tybee and have been coming back for decades to visit multiple times a year. We chose this house because the location couldn't be beat and the atmosphere had the relaxed old-school Tybee vibe I grew up with.
What makes this property unique
What we love about this area is the proximity to the beach; both 12th and 13th street public access boardwalks will have you from our front door to feet in the sand in 5 minutes flat. The local market is only a block away and has everything you need including great local fish and thick cut steaks for the grill. There are several restaurants nearby (Sting Rays and AJ's are both local favorites) and we are close enough to all of the lively retail and nightlife of 17th street and the pier, but far enough away that you can enjoy a peaceful night staring at the stars from the backyard hammock. The street is great for people watching, but most of the traffic is pedestrian, bicycle or golf cart so you won't have to worry about kids or pets darting out into speeding traffic.
