It was warm and cozy! Perfect for our little family Christmas getaway. Only a few negatives (if you can call them that): we wish it had been more decorated for Christmas, and less rules/checkout instructions (this from one of the young adults )
This place is so relaxing and refreshing my family just fell in love with the mountains. The house is furnished with every amenity possible. We plan to book here again in the future.
This is always our go-to place to stay on our frequent trips to Black Mountain. The location is very close to town but it's situated far enough out to feel like you're in the middle of nature. Will def return.
This home is so beautiful and relaxing. There isn’t one amenity that they didn’t think of right down to fresh roses on the table!!The owner was so helpful and kind when my husband had a medical emergency. We will definitely be back to this home

From the owner: "Thank you for your kind words and we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay! Come again soon!"
We live an hour away and wanted to visit Black Mountain. Being former VRBO hosts, we found this home to be very well appointed, accommodating and smartly decorated. We just might be back!
My family of four wanted to spend time together just relaxing and exploring the area. This property was a wonderful place to rest and relax! We spent time on the deck during the evenings sitting around the fire pit and during the day enjoying the sunshine. The chess board in one of the rooms was an extra bonus as my boys spent time competing against one another! We will definitely stay here again!
Hurricane Helene was bearing down on us so we had to leave a day early. The house was great and very clean. The turn off to the house was a little hard to find, however the house was worth the search. I recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Black Mountain it surrounding areas
