Great Clean property with everything that you need for a beach holiday. Walking distance to shops and beaches and the height of the house ensures great sea breezes on those hot summer days and nights. Would definitely look at going back.

Awesome family holiday
We had a great time at this house. Accommodated my family and my sister's family. The kids loved the board games in the house. So close to the beach and has a real holiday beach house feel (more like an NZ bach).

A bright, breezy home with great layout for a family group. Well equipped, clean and a short walk to Jan Juc beach. Gregor went above and beyond as a courteous and helpful host. We would definitely go back.
This was our second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint! The location is excellent, the host super responsive & easy to deal with, the listing is as described and the renovations are outstanding. We always love it here and the property is well fitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.I'm sure we will be back again!you
Standing proudly up high on a corner block framing sweeping coastal views whilst the crashing of the ocean waves can be heard in the distance. Perfect positioning in Jan Jac with a short stroll to the beach and local pub and shops.
Well appointed beach house that oozes charm and promotes inside or outside gatherings. Newly renovated Bathroom, kitchen and living area a highlight as well as spacious bedrooms to hunker down in when the festivities subside. Outdoor hot water shower brings one back to life after a chilly sea dip and the downstairs bedroom 'vault' adds to this memorable experience. Highly recommended for those that are looking for excellent accommodation on one of the prettiest coastlines in the world.

We had a great time at Jan Juc with our family and fur baby. The property was clean and tidy and the owner flexible and a delight to deal with. The location is ideal, in a quiet neighbourhood walking distance from beautiful Jan Juc beach. A short drive in to Torquay where there is everything you need.
We were staying as volunteers to help the schoolies out and keep them safe. This was a great place to come back and rest and was close enough to torquay that shopping was easy but far enough away that the real beach relaxation vibe was present
The perfect beach holiday house. Myself and 6 friends stayed here for the weekend. The house has everything you need and has a great vibe. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thanks for having us 😁😁
We really enjoyed our stay, being able to walk to the beach and local shops was great. Torquay is a short bike ride away or 5 minutes drive.
The house has everything you need and there is plenty of space. Coffee machine was a bonus.
It was our first time away with our dog and it was great to be able to stay somewhere where we could relax. Jan Juc off-leash dog beach is close by and we all enjoyed swimming there.
