About this property

Beach House-5 minutes to beach, with deck surrounding house, family friendly

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is set up with all you need for a great family or couples getaway, ideal for 2 families or 3-4 couples.
Fully equipped modern kitchen, with large oven and cook top. That essential coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and every essential crockery/cutlery items.
Extra fridge outdoors for those extra drinks or food.
A washing machine and dryer are also included.
Bedroom configuration - 3 Q/S with ceiling fans and 2 sets of bunks for the kids.
2 bathrooms including a bath/2 toilets and an outside shower to clean off that sand from having fun at the beach.
A balcony surrounds the property with a larger BBQ area where you can share meals, have a glass a wine or two with family and friends on the 2 tables with plenty of chairs for all (12) or just have a quiet coffee.
The kids will love to run around on the grassed areas, play cricket and just have some fun.
TV, Heater/Air Cond, combustion heater for cosy winter nights, games, books, deck that wraps around the house and back deck with BBQ.
Only 5 minutes walk to the stunning waters of Carrickalinga, as you are right alongside a walkway to the beach. One street back from beach.
Pet and smoke free zone.

The beach house was clean and had everything we needed- even a Christmas tree for our seasonal visit! The beach and access to it was fabulous. Lots of games for the kids including cricket set. We had a great time!

Great for a family getaway

My husband John and myself love travelling to our property at Carrickalinga. 1 hour from the city, leaving work Friday late afternoon, we can be settled and sitting on a comfy chair having a glass of wine with a nibbles platter and allowing the stress to fall away in no time at all.
The family love to come and stay, enjoying the beautiful beach, the grassed areas around the property and relaxing. What bliss!!
