Gorgeous town, lovely house

I’m traveywith a friend and this was my first time to Daylesford and I’d happily stay in this house again. It was well set up and had a great atmosphere. An added bonus was being walking distance to The Lakehouse, where we had a lovely dinner.

Gorgeous Cottage

Loved staying at Petite Maison in Daylesford. The cottage is beautifully presented with a wood fire that was appreciated when the temperature got down to -4. The Welcome Pack was also a lovely additional touch. would love to stay here again.

Way Too Noisy

We had to move out of Petite Maison as it was far too noisy. It is positioned on a very busy (from 5am and earlier) road with huge trucks rumbling passed that literally shake the house. As it is priced the same as the gorgeous (and very quiet) house that we moved to, I cannot recommend this house to anyone, unless you come with earplugs. The house itself is lovely - it is just totally let down by its position.
