This State Heritage 2 bedroom Cottage is all class , it has been designed with a bright luxurious modern feel, suitable for executives, couples or families who want a little more of home life whilst travelling rather than being confined to a hotel room.

If you're looking for a clean, quiet & perfect location, then look no further than this beautifully presented 2 Bedroom Cottage that is only an 8 minute walk from the Central Market and Chinatown/Gouger St food precinct. Adelaide Oval is a 20minute walk or the RAH is a 10 minute walk.

Adelaide Sass + Beau Cottage is comprised of
1 Queen Bedroom
2nd Bedroom is made up as a King Bedroom or can be converted to 3 long king singles or 2 long king singles.
All linen and towels are supplied and are of high quality, with the quilt covers being 100% full linen.
The property has been refurbished with high quality modern finishes, with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans and ceramic wall heaters in the bedrooms.
Free street parking with a visitor permit pass doubling the time limit to 4 hours + .
The street is a no through road resulting in an extremely quiet environment.

Modern kitchen includes stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, crockery, cutlery, glass ware, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Washing machine is located in the bathroom [no drier].
WiFi and Netflix available.

Stays of 1 to 3 months or more is available at reduced rates.

The cottage is fantastic. Within reasonable walking distance of the Central Market, Chinatown, CBD and about a 25 minute walk from the Adelaide Oval. It is clean, comfortable and in a really quiet location at the end of a dead end street.Air conditioning, although only on for a short time, was excellent.The cottage has everything needed for a stay.Communication with the owner was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here.

This lovely historic house is in a very quiet street within ten mins walk of Adelaide market and about 25 mins from the main shopping street and cricket ground. The rooms are spacious and we were very grateful of the air con and the washing machine.The house is quite dated inside, but the price fairly reflects this and we felt it was good value. Karen was a lovely host - easy to communicate with and Kept our bags for us at the end of our stay so we could explore more before our flight.

Karen was such a wonderful host. She communicated quickly with us and even checked in to see how our event went that we were in Adelaide for. The was an issue with the bedding and she came and resolved it quickly without fuss. The cottage is really cute and located a short walk from the Adelaide Central Markets. It’s a very quiet area. Would definitely recommend staying in this cottage
