With thoughtful amenities including a cosy fireplace, a spacious deck overlooking a lake, and air conditioning throughout, Bonnie ensures a comfortable and stylish getaway for families and friends.

This modern masterpiece combines design and comfort to create a relaxing lakeside retreat in the heart of Margaret River's wine region. The exterior blends seamlessly with its serene surroundings, featuring a private deck set for outdoor dining that overlooks a tranquil lake. The entrance welcomes you into a spacious open-plan living area, complete with a slow-combustion fireplace and TV for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a 900mm oven, gas hotplates, and a Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy as a group. Step outside to fire up the BBQ, unwind with a sunset view, or take advantage of the outdoor hot shower after a day at the beach.

Guests are comfortably accommodated across four generously sized bedrooms. Two king rooms feature ensuite bathrooms for added privacy, while a third bathroom services the queen bedroom and a bunk room designed for children. Please note the bunk beds are not suitable for adults.

In-unit laundry, high-speed WiFi and air conditioning in every room add to your convenience. Ample parking is available on-site.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Great location for exploring the Margaret river region - walking distance to a few wineries and a brewery. Lots of space for a large family. Would be a nice addition if there were a selection of board games available for families.

This property is second to none! It is such an amazing location and dealing with staff on matter that needed attending was easy and very quick. We will not hesitate to book this for future stays.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, very quiet area. Would highly recommend for a family holiday. Only a few things which would of been nice to have more essentials supplied eg tea, coffee, sugar, milk as we had to provide our own. Even some cleaning products to wipe table and benches down would have been nice a specially if staying longer then a couple of days. It’s just the small home touches would of been nice but other than that it was a lovely relaxing stay. The kitchen utensils are well supplied, Beds are super comfortable! Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 small children.

This place is fantastic

Lovely house, spotlessly clean. Lovely surrounds in a great location close to everything, beaches, wineries, restaurants. It is better than the online photos. Would rate higher than 5 stars ✨
