The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Place used towels and rugs by the washer. - Wash and put away dishes and cooking appliances. - Take trash to the green bin at end of driveway & secure the bar over the lids so elk cannot get in.
- Return all remotes to their proper places. Lost remotes are guests’ responsibility. - Log out of personal streaming accounts before leaving. - Turn off ceiling fans. Unplug heaters and AC units.
- During winter, make sure the fireplace remote is set to “Off” and not “Thermo Off.” - During winter, slowly drip the kitchen and bathroom faucets to help prevent the pipes from freezing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. Visitors are welcome for short visits, but overnight guests must be included in the booking.

Nice “get-a-way” weekend to celebrate our Anniversary. We go to Pine a couple times a year, this was our first time here. Beautiful cabin, enjoyable weather, great local places to eat and enjoy the outdoors.Our dog loved the huge backyard.

We loved our trip to this cabin which was just as described. The host is a great communicator with great tips. We saw elk in the yard every day which absolutely made the trip!. We loved swinging on the porch enjoying the view, weather and relaxing. Each night we strolled down the road and saw tons of elk including their babies. So cool. It was great being close enough to walk to the stores and restaurants with our dog. The cabin had plenty of room, a fenced in yard and everything we needed. We will be back! Thanks for everything!

This was my second time staying at this cabin and I would definitely book this place again. Our dogs loved sniffing around the large backyard. The couches in the living room are very comfortable and we enjoyed watching a few of the VHS movies from the large collection. A group of elk visited the backyard on our second night in the cabin which was exciting. Only one, very slight negative, is the condition of the front stairs. They are in need of repair. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great cabin for a weekend get away!

Great cabin for weekend get away. Tucked away in the forest. Plenty of room for our family and our fur babies. Had everything we needed and place stayed warm and cozy while a snow storm hit. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and comfy cabin

Perfect for the quick getaway weekend with my doggies. Backyard was fully fenced so they could roam and play in the yard and that was great. cabin was clean and as described and cozy overall great experience and will book again.

It was a beautiful cabin. My husband, myself and our furbabies had a very nice time. It was pretty amazing how the elk came right into the yard and the back yard as well. The host was always available and courteous. She was very sweet and accomodating. Hope to return for another visit in the future.

I was born and raised in Buckeye, Arizona. When my grandparents passed away, they left their cabin to me. I did not want to sell it, but I struggled to find a way to keep it. Then I discovered short-term rental hosting. It has given me the chance to keep the cabin while also honoring my grandparents’ dream of owning a bed and breakfast. For me, it truly is a win-win.

Why they chose this property

This property was my grandparents’ home, and I fell in love with it when I was little. I spent every summer at the cabin, enjoying the beautiful views and pleasant weather. I was never bored during those summer vacations because there were always plenty of activities to do.

What I love most about this house is its cozy log cabin style, the beautiful views, the wildlife that often comes nearby, the cooler weather, and the remodeling my grandparents proudly did themselves.
