Perfect property for family
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fremantle House. It is extremely well equipped, Tracy has thought of everything you can possibly need. Lots of room for two couples and a toddler and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying cups of tea while basking in the sunshine. Beds were very comfortable and heating throughout the house kept us warm at night. There is a great park up the road and it is a short drive to shops and beach. We look forward to coming back!

Thank you Joanne, it was such a pleasure to have your family and we look forward to welcoming you back. We have an inspirational chalk board on the back of the toilet door and I hope you don't mind if I share with the world the message one of your family members left there: "regret looks back, worry looks around, only faith looks up"
Wonderful house located in a quite nabourhood in South Fremantle with small nabourhood-cafees and a large park just around the corner. Clean and well equipted. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice outdoor dining area. Easy to get around Fremantle/Perth with bus/train, but you need a car for longer stays. Just 5 min drive to Fremantle town center or South Beach. Perfect location and property for our family stay. I highly recommend the house.
My mom and I stayed at the Fremantle House for two months. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are friendly and responsive, and they resolved any minor issues quickly. There's more kitchen equipment than usual in a vacation rental, including baking supplies. It's an 8-10 minute drive to South Beach, and the Sunday farmer's market was a 4-minute drive. It's close to everything in Freo while also convenient for getting on the highway into Perth. The covered patio was terrific! We hope to visit again in the future and highly recommend this property.

Very peaceful and relaxing property
We enjoyed our stay at Fremantle House, it was peaceful and a nice quite area.
We were with our son and his family and it was great to be able to walk to the park where our grandson could play on the various equipment.
Our beds were comfortable too, which was important to us and what we enjoyed best was the lovely comfortable outside area to sit and enjoy the fresh airmen comfort.
In general the house had all the facilities one could wish for and the modern kitchen was really lovely with its North facing aspect so that we had lovely sunshine coming in to make it bright and cheerful.
Thank you Tracy for having us, we will come again and recommend it to our friends too.

You are so welcome Teresa, it was a pleasure to have your family and we look forward to your return, thank you.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Fremantle break and this house is so well located and equipped for a family. We loved our walks to the park and bike rides, and the great coffee shop only a stones-throw away. Tracy made us feel at home by personalising the kids’ rooms and toys and the kids loved exploring the garden too.
Thanks Tracy for making my self isolation at The Fremantle House worry free. Anything I requested was delivered con-tactless and the home had everything I needed. Fantastic set up in the kitchen. Hope to enjoy a stay with my wife next time. Cheers Rob
My Daughter stayed 3 night had a wonderful time with her friends. Tracy is lovely and approachable,
She was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed including bedding arrangements.
I would highly recommend this great place to stay.
We stayed in this property for a three month visit from the UK. It is a lovely clean and fully equipped property for any length of stay. Located 5 minutes by car from the beach and centre of Fremantle in a quiet residential area. Good for families and those who do not wish to be right in the centre of activity but close to it. Tracy and Roger went above and beyond to help us out when our flights were cancelled due to Coronavirus disruption. Cannot recommend the property or owners enough. So much so we are returning next year!
Love the place, Tracy had everything available to make our stay very comfortable!

Beautiful well equipped house in great location
Really happy with our stay at the Fremantle house. We were a large group (4 adults/5 kids), so we were a little worried at first that there would be enough room, but the layout of the house is excellent and it was no issue at all. Tracy has thought of absolutely everything and I Cant imagine a better equipped holiday house. Highly recommended.

Good stay for big family!
We enjoyed our stay here and the kids totally enjoyed the kids corner! There are a lot of toys to keep the kids entertained. The owner is very friendly and thoughtful as she would message beforehand to check on the people staying so she can prepare the rooms before we checked in. There is also a place for us to BBQ. Overall it's a good place for big family with kids!

Feels like home...
We stayed at five lovely homes throughout our stay in WA and this was definitely a favourite. We were three couples staying here and absolutely loved it. We felt at home immediately. We spent most of the time in the kitchen and outdoor area which was ever so cosy and very well-equipped. Amazing bathroom and comfy beds as well! Some of us being golf fanatics even had a lot of fun playing golf on the Wii and watching Netflix. Every single one of us really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Tracy!

Perfect place to stay
Exceptional!! We have now stayed twice at this property for a week at a time. It is our home away from home. Everything we could possibly require is there. It is more than comfortable. We have 3 children ranging from 8 to 13yrs and they also have all their needs catered for. Absolutely love it. The personal service is outstanding and we will return every year when we need a place to stay. Can't imagine anywhere better.

Fabulous Place owner can't do enough for you
We recently stayed here for my sisters wedding, 5 Adults, one 15 month old boy. Everyone loved it. Plenty of space and lots of little extras that just make it such an awesome stay, coffee pods, toddler toys books and extra little blankets on the couches. We hosted the bridal party pre wedding dinner, everything you could ever need and more. Lots of space, lots of lounge space, storage and outstanding facilities. Was so easy with my toddler he loved the toys left out for him to use. Thank you for making a busy time in Perth that much easier. Loved it will be back for sure

The Best!
Our week at the Fremantle House was the easiest and most relaxing we've had so far as a family. Booking was very simple and from the get go Tracy was quick to respond via email or text and help us out - usually within minutes!
As soon as we arrived there we felt at home. Tracy had set up a proper babys room with a wooden cot and beautiful bedding, books & soft toys and a section of the loungeroom was dedicated to play with great toys & blocks supplied. Our baby slept sooooo well there!
Being so close to Booyeembarra Park we could just walk & scoot down there in no time and around the corner for good coffee & croissants. For what we were after the location was excellent and we hired a car for when we wanted to adventure further and just used Uber for nights out which was so cheap from practically anywhere in Freo back to the house. (Never over $10 actually)
Everything we needed was always miraculously there in some cupboard or drawer it was all very well thought out.
We loved the decor of the place ranging from original to modern and all spaces immaculately clean and tidy. The outdoor sun lounge was my favourite room where I leisurely read my first book in 2 years! and hosted a BBQ out there with friends. The kitchen is beautiful and most nights we cooked and ate in, afterwards snuggling up on the big comfy lounges watching Netflix with the heater on. Bliss!
I could go on but basically yes we highly recommend the Fremantle House and will definitely be staying there again when next in Freo.
