Neat location, love the deck. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was fantastic. Kitchen was great. Shower was nice and hot.Host is accurate that you can hear conversations from other rooms, but this did not bother us.
We loved our stay at this house. It is in a beautiful location. The house itself is decorated so nicely and the entire place was so clean and organized. I would highly recommend this place!
Cozy, comfortable little house in a lovely location! The home was as advertised, and our family of five (2 adults, 3 children under 12) had a great time! Our kids loved hanging out on the rocks and even splashing in the bay right in the cottage's backyard. Common Fence Point is a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. Grinnell's Beach in Tiverton is a nice, family-friendly beach that we enjoyed. We highly recommend this vacation spot!
This cottage is situated in a beautiful coastal neighborhood…mature trees, 360 coastal views, and a vibrant community. The cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped, and comfortable! We had the most perfect respite! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great visit
The location is beautiful! The check in and check out process was very smooth, and the house was extremely clean. We had a great stay!
Such a cute little property. We were visiting family and this was a great location that also allowed us to visit Newport and Boston. Beds were comfortable and I liked having the washer and dryer so I didn’t have to fly home with dirty laundry. My 9 year old loved the upstairs area. I wish it had 2 bathrooms but we made it work for the 4 nights we were there. I would definitely stay again.

Graduation/Memorial Day
Enjoyed our stay - the location is beautiful! The gas fireplace made it cozy on days it rained. Then on sunny days we got a front row seat to watch the birds and the sailboats and people fishing. Had family over for an impromptu lunch on the deck which was perfect with a sunny day and a table with plenty of room to accommodate everyone.
Very cute home- beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. Only downfall was the one bathroom but we knew that going in. We drove to Newport which was fun. We had a great stay!
I often stay in the same area and this is absolutely one of my favorite places so far. Cozy with a fireplace, beautiful views, extremely quiet. Everything was well stocked and no detail was missed. Absolutely would recommend.
Property is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway! No detail is overlooked- with every room even including a white noise machine! It is very tucked away, but if you are looking for a quiet place to take in the views, this is perfect. The stairs are VERY steep - so property is best for those without mobility issues or small children.
We came for a long weekend so our two high school seniors could do some college tours. We loved the location and the proximity to the water, extended family, and our favorite place to visit, Newport! We used to live nearby and frequent the area and it holds a lot of memories for all of us. This place was a gem!
We absolutely loved our stay! We had a bunch of activities in mind to explore the area when we arrived. After waking up to the amazingly peaceful view we decided to spend the entire first day lounging. It was a much needed respite and such a cozy space. Our kids (11 & 14) loved having the loft space to themselves. They slept in, they had their own version of lounging, and they even interacted with each other more than usual!
Outstanding property. Pics on line are exactly as the reality of this cottage. Beautiful view! Super clean and nicely updated. Well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this property!

Disliked: Check-in
i have stayed at this property in the past and was disappointed this time on several fronts.Seemingly small things, but the kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave) are junk and in terrible condition....the toaster didn't work most times. It would cost very little to replace. The bathroom towels were worn and not fresh AT ALL. I am glad I always have my own for such a situation.Perhaps most glaring: there was a snow storm last night that covered the ground with several inches. Why on earth did no one come to shovel the property this morning before departure to ensure safe walking! It was quite dangerous.....do I have to bring my own shovel too?Lastly 10am departure with a 4pm check in is just ridiculously early and late, respectively.I won't stay at this property another time; the location is lovely but the extra care into making it feel warm and welcome is missing. Thank you.

Cozy and a great location
We enjoyed our weekend. The renter was responsive to our questions, the kitchen had what we needed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location is excellent and the view was great. It was cold one day and and the fireplace was lovely.
Not appropriate for small children or adults who shouldn't be climbing the spiral stair to the second floor! We didn't mind that.
The home was exactly as advertised, and while small, the open space was plenty roomy for our group of 3-4 adults plus an infant. The kitchen and bath were neat and contemporary. We really appreciated the little things…all the dishes/pots & pans, and glassware that we needed, but also games and other things (binoculars!) to help us enjoy our stay. The best part - the location! At the end of the point with private access to the bay, and a lovely deck to enjoy the gorgeous water views - we couldn’t imagine anything so peaceful and calming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
Don’t let the small size deter you. Our family of 6 (including kids age 10, 19, 19 and 23) were very comfortable. Breakfast on the ample deck listening to waves lap on shore was lovely. We all loved the easy access to walks on the rocky shore. A couple of kayaks would be an ideal addition for the property owner to consider. Less than 30 minutes to Newport. We spent a day at Eastons beach and another doing the Cliff Walk. Cottage well appointed and nicely decorated. We’ve stayed at many vrbo properties and even though this one is on the small size we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Four friends picked this cottage for a belated 50th birthday party. The spot is a sunny one, with skylights in the comfy 2nd floor bedrooms and no window shades on them: up and at 'em! Not ideal for a lie-in. Swank decor felt chic and thoughtful. Cooking was a bit of a struggle, and the coffee pit didn't work well. Anything critical of it can be easily remedied. Additionally, rue cleaning staff was prompt: as we were scrambling to pack and say goodbye, they were parked behind our cars: felt Very pressured to Get outta there. Quiet location, felt safe, and lovely, warm quiet inlet waters.
