As soon as you set foot inside you will see that this house is of high quality, with its open plan spacious living area, we have a dinning setting that seats up to 8.
The lounge room has a comfy couch with a big LCD TV which flows outside from the glass sliding doors onto the alfresco decking area, where you can sit in the undercover decking area whilst you soak up the sun or watch the little ones play.



The kitchen has 2 x commercial grade ovens perfect for cooking up a storm with high quality gas cook top.
Inbuilt Dishwasher and Stone bench tops.
kitchen is equipt with all the cooking, baking and entertaining equipment you will need for your holiday. Coffee machine and pods supplied.
The kitchen overlooks the outdoor area. The outdoor area has a large outdoor setting and a BBQ perfect for family or friend gatherings.

The house has ducted heating for cooler nights and air conditioning for the warmer months, along with electronic blinds and a ducted vacuum system.

Laundry with washing machine, clothes line and pegs.

The house can sleep up to 11 with the below bedding options including sofa bed.

South Haven bedding configurations consist of:
Room 1: 1x queen
Room 2: 1x queen
Room 3:1x trio bunk ,double with single on top .

Room 4:
This is room will be locked unless hired for smaller groups and is an additional cost to hire:
4th Bedroom / second living area: Has 2x sets of single bunks And a sofa bed that folds into another double.
There is a large sliding door to separate this area from the kitchen for privacy additional charges may apply for hire of this room.

Bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet. Another bathroom with a double shower and toilet joins onto one of the Queen bedrooms.

Remote double garage (Part of the garage is converted into a kids play area/games room.)

Large outdoor playground, mini golf pitch, swings, toys, board games, kids corner with games table outdoor games etc.

Situated in South Beach and just a stones throw away from Pea Soup Cove a very popular and safe beach for children to swim at, snorkel, fishing and great for lovely long walks.
Surfing beaches nearby and plenty of tracks to ride a bike or walk into town.
We are also within walking distance to the town, and swimming pool, also very close is the recreational reserve to feed the ducks and swans or the skate park is also in close proximity.

No animals at the property.

This property would suit the needs of any groups small or larger, families, couples and older guests. The property is all on the one level with no stairs.

Our property is for holiday and relaxation use only, we unfortunately do not host parties.

The property has 4 bedrooms, the 4th bedroom will be locked and closed off for smaller groups please request this room with your booking request to confirm it will be unlocked.

Minimum 7 night stay in Christmas, January, Folk Festival and Easter periods.

We have a minimum 3 night stay over all long weekends, Melbourne Cup and 3-4 night stays preferred in school holidays. Higher cleaning fee applies if your booking is longer than 4 nights.

Portable cot or highchair hire @$15 each.
Minimum 7-10 days notice for any date changes.
