Situated in a nice quite leafy street in Warnbro, this quality two bedroom house is just 600m from the picturesque Warnbro sound beach. Perth is just a 45 minute drive or by train and 30 minutes drive to Fremantle, This early 70's rough diamond has been renovated internally and finished with quality furnishings, to bring it into the modern era.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, two bedrooms (one bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and the other bedroom the two single sized beds) and a bathroom with a separate WC. The house also has a large private rear garden with a covered outdoor area where BBQ facilities are located. Sorry no WiFi

We had a great time at Femke’s house! Everything was working perfectly, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The place is super nice, cool, and just a short walk to the beach. Communication with Femke was excellent—she was always ready to help if needed. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Femke was always responsive with communication. After a power cut, Femke came quickly and sorted the light that wouldn’t go off. The property was adequate for our stay as we were away exploring a lot, but perhaps the sitting area and bathroom could do with a bit of tlc. The local Waikiki beach is amazing and we saw so many dolphins and pelicans.

We have been careening around Australia and wanted a break to refresh ourselves and do so odd jobs on the van and car. We also wanted to catch up with old friends. Warnbr Holiday House was perfect for our needs.

Our stay at Warnbro holiday home was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach for our early morning walks. Property was very clean and well equipped. Close to Rockingham Central shopping centre. Communication with Femke was outstanding. Provided us with exactly what we needed and very promptly. We will definately stay again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We just came back from spending 7wks at this property. Location-wise it was perfect for visiting our family in the area, without being a burden. We self catered and the kitchen had all we needed. The outside area was okay but if you want a better view then the beach is super close by. We went out and about most of the day and after dinner we went to watch the sunset 5mins away. If you want luxury accommodation then you’d have to pay so much more. This property is great for a holiday base.

We were very happy with our stay. Our kids loved it. The house had everything we needed. Usually kitchens in short term accommodation are very bare, but not here! An array of cooking facilities, including a sandwich press, blender and slow cooker! We’ll definitely stay again! Also very well priced.
