About this property

Family beach house pet friendly

Two-storey house perfect for a large family or two families travelling together. Upstairs retreat with a queen-sized bed, TV, couches, and en-suite. There is another TV and games downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen size bed, one with a bunk-double bed on the bottom and single above and finally a very small room with a set of single bunks only suitable for children.

The downstairs lounge area has a wood fire. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a pod coffee machine.

The yard is fully enclosed to keep both children and pets safe. An easy 5 minute walk to a child friendly beach or leave the car and stroll to town and enjoy one of San Remo's fantastic cafes.

A short drive to Phillip Island and all its attractions or do the fantastic George Bass Coastal Walk to Kilcunda and have a delicious meal at the General Store. Daily pelican feeding in San Remo is a must see for the kids.

All linen and towels are provided.

Had a great long weekend. The house had a lived in feel which is perfect when you have furry sand filled dogs in your company. There was an array of books, games tvs to amuse us. The kitchen was well stocked and location location.. 500 metres from the beach!!

The host always replied to my messages promptly.The property is well stocked with amenities and clean.It has a parents retreat upstairs/ensure/WIR, with an amazing ocean view. All 4 bedrooms have comfortable bedding, with sheets and pillows. Towels are provided. 2 Toilets downstairs.Reverse cycle heating/cooling system in every room. Open Fire place.Wi Fi has high speed and is reliable. It's situated close to shops, restaurants and a dog friendly beach. The large yard is securely fenced off for dogs and provides pet bowls. Return annual long weekend. Such a lovely spot, with great views and close to beach and shops. Lots of interesting garden front and back with secured fencing for pets and enjoying watching different birds busying themselves for nesting. Great set up indoors with ple ty of room for everyone. San Remo locals must be the friendliest people on Earth!

A relaxing long weekend in a great location

We were delighted to stay in a large house, well equipped for everyone, with delightful views and expansive, private outdoor area. A pleasant walk to the beach and at low tide, a beach walk to the village centre. We loved it so much, we have booked again.

Older style house from outside but very comfy inside with lovely wood fire. Great hosts and to supply wood for fire and linen for beds and showers much appreciated,. Walking distance to park and dog beach and main shops was a bonus, Very comfy stay thank you guys

We were disappointed with the condition of this property, which did not match the listing photos or description. Upon arrival, the home smelled musty and cleanliness was below expectations — floors were sticky, windows were very dirty, and overall wear was evident throughout.Several maintenance and safety issues were present: window screens were torn, some windows would not fully close or lock, and the bedroom ceiling fan did not work. Furniture was worn and broken in places. The patio and outdoor furniture were in very poor condition and not usable.The bedding and furnishings did not match the listing photos. There were no sheets on the bed upon arrival, no washcloths provided, and an extra blanket smelled strongly of pet urine. The French press was missing the proper hardware and appeared to be held together with a rubber band.Unfortunately, alternative accommodations were not available, so we stayed despite these issues. Our previous VRBO stays on this trip were excellent, which made this experience especially disappointing.This property needs significant cleaning, maintenance, and accurate representation in the listing to meet reasonable guest expectations.

Wonderful experience for humans and dogs

We loved our stay. It’s a perfect location and close to the dog beach. The toys were a huge hit with our toddler and the house had all the amenities we needed and more. Out 2 Goldie’s loved the beach, yard and snoozing in front of the fire. Will definitely be booking again in future.

Good for familes

Property has been set up fof familes and suited our needs. A few.minor scapres and repairs necessary but thud was expexted at this price pojnt. Overall a wonderful place.to stay for a trip. Kids really enjoyed the pool table and the sunsets were wonderful

We love this property. It has a relaxed vibe with everything you need for a lovely break. San Remo is a treasure, fantastic in its own right but close to all that Phillip Island has to offer. There are great local cafes and the walk to town via the beach is awesome.
