Spacious Layout: This 5-bedroom home offers ample space for large families.
Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, games room, bathroom, laundry, and expansive living area opening onto a large deck (outdoor dining) and grassed backyard.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms including a master with ensuite, a second large living/dining area with Smart TV (Netflix and Stan included), front and back balconies (BBQ & outdoor dining) with ocean views.
Family-Friendly Features:
Entertainment: Enjoy board games, table tennis and foosball.
Outdoor Relaxation: After a warm outdoor shower, relax in the securely fenced 8-seater spa or unwind on the balconies with stunning ocean and surf views.
