Small Cosy and private Studio Suite set in Bush Settling on Hill over looking Macandrew Bay with great views of the Harbour and Dunedin Centre.

Ground floor space with private entrance and includes a Kitchenette, geared up for Microwave use. There is NO Oven or Cooktop. Spa, Sauna and gym available for private use.

Guests are able to use the gym, sauna and spa for their private use. Free laundry is also available.

Hosts could be on Site in their adjoining House. But are always obtainable by , Phone, Text or Email.

Situated at macandrew Bay on the Otago Peninsula, a 15 minute drive from centre of Town. Positioned in private bush seting with an aboundance of Tui, Fantail and Kereru Pigeons, bordering the Whardale Reserve. With great views of Harbour and CBD. Larnack Castle and two Dunedin renowned RestaurantCafes a few minutes away with more at Portobello a short distance away on the way to the very popular Seal, Penguin and Albatross Colonies at Taiaroa Heads at the end of Peninsula.

Public Transport is available with Bus Stop at the end of Street, Lime scooters are also available.

There is no oven or cooktop.
It is a kitchenette geared up with microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, jug and coffee plunger. Cutlery, Crockery, Cups, Glasses, Microwave Dishes etc included.

Glorious views

Fantastic studio apartment with expansive views. Those views are at the top of a hill, so be ready for a steep driveway. Worth the climb! Lovely stay.

The property was very comfortable and beautifully presented. The only thing to note is that if you had a large vehicle like a camper van or RV the parking would be a problem. There is a small local grocery store within walking distance (although the area is hilly) and it is an easy twenty minute drive into Dunedin.

Was hard to leave this accommodation because it is well situated near bush with bellbirds singing across the small valley. The amenities are excellent and beautifully presented. The weather wasn’t the greatest for our four night stay but we felt super cosy! Thank you to host, Paul and his partner. Sorry we did not get to thank you in person at the time of our departure! Cheers.
